The hotel restaurant was good with good service. The room was lacking. The closet reeked of cat spray and no I didn't complain because I was too busy with my sons move into his college apartment to be bothered. I just never unpacked or used the closet where the spray was so pungently fragrant that my eyes watered. The next... More

Our experience was by far excellent. Where should I start? We were offered a special via the net and stayed at one of the Tower rooms. Now the Tower rooms are a cut above the other nice rooms there. I did ask to see the difference, and the Tower had a very nice layout, more room and a lovely lovely... More

If I would have written this on the first night of our stay I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars. And I'm not one who gives out stars easily. The hotel property is wonderful! Modern. Clean. Appealing in every way. Free parking, which is an added bonus when staying in Seattle. Staying on the positive, the complimentary... More

This is a great new spot. The hotel is definitely about the rooms upstairs but the entry, lobby, and indoor/outdoor lounge areas are well kept and serviceable. The rooms are nicely appointed, quiet modern suites. Beds are comfy and having stayed on the 300 level - I simply cannot vouch for the comments by others. A great place to sleep!... More

Recently stayed at this hotel for business in July. Its modern, clean with leisure facilities. Staff are friendly and the location is not too bad either. Just 10 mins away from Redmond town centre. Rooms are spacious and good bathroom as standard.

I expected this to be a business hotel. Perhaps that expectation was inaccurate? I seem to be the only business traveler here. There were a great many children and elderly people. The hotel has an odd feeling to it. The breakfast room with the blaring TV was particularly unpleasant. Internet access was free but it usually didn't work in my... More

This is our first time staying with a Hyatt House. We are traveling with a youth sports team and the hotel has accommodated our large group well. Their team policies and expectations are clear (and enforced) so even with several teams in the building it's quiet and comfortable. Hotel has meeting space for the team. Breakfast is fantastic, love the... More

The is the only place I stay when I am in town for business. Free wifi and good breakfast! The restaurant / bar is good with amazing service! The rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. No room service but that wasn't a problem. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at the Hyatt House while visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Redmond. The hotel room was very upscale, clean, and quiet. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! It had a little kitchenette area that was very modern. The bar was fun and our bartender Mark was a great guy. The patio outside of the bar had... More
