The good: rooms in excellent condition, including bed, furnishings and bathroom. Even the coffee maker was new/clean enough to heat water for tea without it tasting like coffee residue. Breakfast was good, though I would've liked a cooked bread option -- no pancakes/waffles/french toast? Location is about as walkable as you'll find in the suburbs -- grocery store/strip mall and... This is our 3rd time staying at Hyatt House and my family (wife/7yo and 3yo) love the chain but this time we experienced one hiccup that soured us. After a long day of shopping, sightseeing and Snowflake Lane (simply fantastic) we went to the bar/restaurant area for tea. There was no hot water left. I went to the front desk... More

This hotel is a great place to stay, very nice staff, elegant yet casual decor and cafe on sight, pool, jacuzzi. Free breakfast, pretty good, even an omelet maker. I only have a couple issues. The heating/ac system blows forced air (in a powerful way) to which I am very sensitive. This is actually pretty common in all hotels, even... More

We had occasion to spend a night here in November - I know the hotel well since I had lived in the apt complex across the drive when we were between houses and when our daughter got married all her out of town guests stayed here. So - I already liked everything about the place that I had come into... More

After a wonderful nights sleep I had the best "breakfast included with room rate" I have ever had. Great variety of choices including a made to order omelet bar. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable bed linens. My general impression of the hotel was great except for the inconsistencies at the front desk. A couple of the desk staff... More

Overall a good Hotel, but the rooms are not good "protected" against noise from the other rooms. I simply don't want to hear the phone conference from the neighbour room or noise from the floor. The fridge is big but too noisy.

We stayed over one night to "get away" from Seattle. There's a pool, hot tub, bar area, and breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. And we wandered in the Redmond Towne Center to enjoy the winter lights.

Stayed here over thanksgiving with one son in room with us. Room was very nice and plenty large enough for three adults. Great bed and couch bed was quite comfy. Nice kitchen that I wish we needed to use! The breakfast is fabulous. Many choices and all were yummy. The lobby and fireplace area are lovely. We will stay here... More

I helped coordinate an event at this hotel which brought in about 30 business people for 4 days using their conference space as well as sleeping rooms. By the end of the trip I felt like I had several new friends among the staff, and knew that they would take care of things even if I didn't ask! Food: -... More
