When you're just looking for a clean, simple and affordable place to rest your head, the Mount Walker Inn delivers. Although the rooms aren't newly renovated or decked out with modern decor, they are extremely clean. We had a very restful night in this quiet location. Would stay again.

Mount Walker Inn is a nice inn, very comfortable, the owner a gracious hostess, the rooms are big, clean and quiet. Few tables are squatter around the property for you to enjoy a picnic or a drink. No view but enough grounds around. I will be back with or without a family.

We were looking for a place to stay near Port Ludlow as we were chasing the tall ships from Aberdeen. Port Ludlow did not fit our budget (we have kids in college!) but we found this place online and glad we did. The lady who runs the property (Cathy) is terrific and made us feel very welcome. It is a... More

My husband, daughter and I stayed one night at Mount Walker Inn. (We had reservations already in Seattle for the next day, or we would have stayed longer.) The flower baskets were beautiful, there is an orchard/garden on the property. The room was a good size (queen/twin for $75 a night, you can't beat that). The room was very clean,... More

My wife and I stayed two nights over last weekend and were delighted with our stay...especially when there are few nearby alternatives. Very clean, quiet property on 17 acres. Lots of places to sit outside rooms and in center of turnaround. Very short walking distance to restaurant. Well tended hanging plants and grounds. For the price, a real bargain...sure the... More

The beds were uncomfortable for sure and there is nowhere to make coffee nor is it provided But that isn't as important to me as the fine print where you usually find pet and smoking policies. There they have included "cooking seafood on premises will be a $250 fine! Strange as the website includes in things to do...shrimping, crabbing, fishing..etc... More

We stayed here after hiking the Upper Big Quilcene trail. We came in June, but happened to be there during unseasonably cold and wet weather. We hiked in about 45 degrees and steady rain for several hours, so when we got to the inn we couldn't wait to get inside and warm up. Turns out, this is not a very... More

This 12 unit motel hiding away in Quilcene is just fantastic! We booked 2 weeks before our arrival and got a King Bed Room; and not sure what to expect once we got there, but it was a VERY Pleasant surprise indeed. While the motel itself may have been here for many years; the new owners have remodeled and updated... More

This cute little motel is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in. The room was comfortable, had a nice flat screen TV, and the owner is absolutely a joy. Great place to just sit and relax, walk around the small town of Quilcene, or just stop and sleep. The restaurant next door is a plus, also.

We were in town during February for a weekend wilderness first aid class with Washington Trails Association held at the community center across the street from the motel. The weather was cold and snowy so we were pleased to find this motel so convenient, reasonably priced, and quiet. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Everything was up-to-date and very...
