Here on business and everything was booked due to the US Open being in town. So glad because we found this gem! Nestled in the hillside, minutes from restaurants and anything else, is the Tayberry Inn. Our host, Don and his family were absolutely delightful. It has all the modern conveniences (flat screen TV, with movies, great water pressure in... More

My family and I stayed at Tayberry after my son's football game against PLU at Sparks field. We came in from out of the area and thought that it would be nice to stay together in a small inn. We all absolutely adored Tayberry B&B. The hosts are so much fun and very accommodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and... More

We came to town for the history of the eagles concert at the Tacoma dome. Found tayberry and thought we would try it out. The pictures don't do it justice, exceptionally clean and very adorably decorated. You feel welcome and part of the family. Don is a very accommodating and friendly host...the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

We just spent 2 nights at Teaberry and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of our hosts. They served us a delightful breakfast. We had the suite upstairs with the sitting room. Everything was wonderful, we would highly recommend Teaberry Victorian Cottage. It is also very close to the Puyallup Fairgrounds, but away from the traffic. Great view of the valley too.

This cottage is your home away from home. My husband and I have stayed in other bed & breakfasts where we felt welcome, however, here you feel at home. The owners are a hardworking couple. The breakfast we had was enjoyed by my husband and myself. The room is very clean with everything you need. If you are heading to... More

We brought older family members, as well as food allergies to Don & April's B&B door. They stepped up to our requests/needs with no hesitation. Tayberry is a cozy, CLEAN, peaceful & well worth the cost. We can not wait to return to our Balcony bedroom and sleep once more with open doors while the rain falls. BTW, do not... More

A peaceful setting, spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, and an affable host named Don are among Tayberry's best assets. Quietly located in rural Puyallup, this beautiful old country house is colourfully decorated in a Victorian-Americana motif; the home remains clean and well-kept despite the fact that it appears to be aging slightly. Don is an accommodating and engaging host who makes... More

We often stay at B&B's and this one was below our standards. Worst of all, no working smoke detector in the room. Carpeting stained and also sheets. Breakfasts were just OK - nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also supposedly owned by a couple, but we never met the wife in the two days we stayed there.

We loved out stay at Tayberry Cottage. We were in the Suite and it is a very beautiful, comfortable and spacious room. The other rooms were smaller but looked just as cozy. We only met Don and one of his teenage sons since our stay was short, but they were most welcoming and Don is a great cook! Don and... More

This home is set outside Puyallup, bordering farm land, but near the town. We had a large room with a separate sitting area where the 12 year old daughter could sleep with a bit of privacy. Breakfast was good, not too heavy; the coffee was good; and the host, Don, was very conversational and available.
