The hotel honored our AARP card with a 10% discount. The windows needed cleaning, especially since we paid extra for the view. Staff could have been friendlier. The continental breakfast was average. No bathtub, but the bathroom was clean. more

Manresa Castle is highly overrated. The staff is surly, the rooms are filthy, and breakfast is a joke. For the prices they charge they could buy a vacuum or two and actually use them once in awhile. We've stayed in third world countries that have better amenities. more

When we checked in the staff was very helpful and accommodating, she even took us up in the elevator since our luggage was so heavy. Our room was very lovely and we absolutely loved it. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. We had a great time there and we hope to go back soon! more
