We stayed two nights in the Swan Hotel in Early April, and found it simply delightful. The hotel is small, comfortable, and perfectly located for strolls along the bay and into the historic area of Port Townsend. The staff were very accommodating, with extra amenities such as hot chocolate and popcorn at no charge. Our room was very clean and... More

You came at a really nice time of year with all the trees and flowers bursting with color and warmer temperatures during the day that cool down at night for a relaxing evening. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards, More

Cute hotel right on the Port. Clean, good service, reasonably priced. Check out Soak next door for relaxing in a salt water hot tub. We had an efficiency which was more than enough room. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops.

This hotel was comfy, cozy, and it sits on one of the best corners in Port Townsend. This was a family vacation, and my daughter and I were very well taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-appointed, and we enjoyed the carefully selected in-room coffee and hot chocolate. Very close to the water, the... More

We stayed in February in the Penthouse. It was such an excellent accommodation. Lot's of beds, well appointed kitchen, very well kept washrooms. The view to the water is uninterrupted. Wonderful wood architecture. The staff were very friendly. Popcorn and DVD's were included with the rental which really added to the experience. It's a sleepy town and there's not really... More

There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it's a nice place to stay. We've visited twice now and have had a great experience both times. Although it's a simple hotel -- no big reception area, grand lobby, meeting rooms, or anything else -- it's many many steps above a typical motel or budget chain hotel. Nice location on the waterfront,... More

We stayed in cottage 3 for a few days recently. With a few exceptions, we thought it was very nice. The cottage was cute, well supplied, quiet, and close to downtown. We arrived late, and had to pick up our key from the hotel near by. There was no one there, even though we looked all around (and two other... More

When my wife "hid" her laptop so well that we though it might have been stolen, the whole staff including the manager, Kevin, turned out on Superbowl Sunday to help us resolve the problem (it was behind the fridge). Delightful room( #7) over looking Point Hudson Marina. We'll be back.

Our small software company held our annual meeting here in mid-January. We've been holding this meeting in various locations for about 10 years, and this was voted the best location ever! We rented the Penthouse Suite, all four second floor rooms, two first floor rooms and one cottage. The huge dining table worked great for eight people with their laptops,... More

The Swan Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. It is conveniently located across the street from the Point Hudson Marina and the Northwest Maritime Center; a few blocks from the downtown shops. There is nothing particularly special about the hotel other than the qualities previously mentioned. That was all we needed on this stay and recommend... More

This is a delightful boutique hotel right at the foot of the main street in the historic part of town, and overlooks the harbour. We had the penthouse suite and the views were fabulous.
