Especially for the price (I think I got off-season rates), this b&b-style hotel was fantastic. The room I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and quite serviceable, with a view to the garden, and a lot of amenities not normally seen in a b&b or hotel. Very thoughtful. Speakman shower head. The linens were excellent. Centrally-located to great restaurants and bars.... More

Three adults and a dog spent our last night on Olympic peninsula. Very charming two-bedroom Victorian with fireplace in sitting room, kitchenette and modern bathroom. Dog-treat basket and dog bed; continental breakfast delivered in the morning. Friendly manager gave great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a great stay at the Bishop! Yes it is old and beautiful with lots of characters! And the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! Lots of little free extras like popcorn, candy, movies and a small breakfast delivered to your door in the morning! All the rooms are suites! Positively a sweet place to stay!

This was our second stay at the Bishop and third for our friends. We booked the ground floor rooms (25 & 26) and they are directly across from each other. We stayed in 26. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and directly back up to a lovely park that we could access from our room. Victorian charm is everywhere with... More

The staff couldn't be more helpful, but overall, I found the hotel old and dingy. The bed was very small and everything seemed like old hand me downs.... It was a bit depressing so we spent the whole evening in the Alchemy wine bar. (Another review) The town is two blocks long so there's no bad location.

We stopped in Port Townsend for a couple of days. We stayed at the Bishop Hotel because family recommended it. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was clean and big! Our bed was comfortable. Loved the original exposed brick walls. Only negative was the windows did not keep out all of the downtown street noise.

The Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Pt. Townsend with a parking lot right next to the hotel. We had a great 1-bedroom suite complete with kitchen. They have managed to update the hotel with all the modern amenities without losing the basic charm of the hotel. We wished we were staying longer! Friendly staff with great recommendations!

Mom and I were looking for a quiet quaint hotel with character and the Bishop Victoria delivered! We booked a 2 bedroom suite (Room 16) which gave us plenty of room. The afternoon light dappled through the yellow birch leaves giving a beautiful effect. The room was equipped with kitchenette and everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Staff went out... More

We arrived at the Bishop Victorian for a 3 night stay during the Port Townsend Film Festival. The complimentary parking was especially appreciated during that busy weekend, and, I was pleasantly surprised to find our room (which was facing the main street) to be quite quiet in spite of the goings-on (the festival and a night game at a local...
