Hi Cindy & Nathan, Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Your place was a haven in which to nestle and take a breath after a spectacular wedding. Thanks for the Champagne too-so thoughtful. We will definitely give a good review. And we’ll be back. Love, David and Beth

It was a spur of the moment decision at the start of a road trip on the west coast. We have never stayed in a B&B, but a quick read of TripAdvisors reviews on the day of our arrival was encouraging. The price was a bit more than we had budgeted for the night but once we arrived, we knew... More

We (family of five) stayed here for a night. It was quite the adventure! The hostess is jubilant, and keen to show you around the old house. The motel is in an old building, and it's decorated in the same style as it was decades ago. It brings it's problems (tight spaces, no AC), but the amenities make up for... More

Port Townsend is a community lost for the last century with people that are always polite and buildings that are old but cared for. A couple of hours with the ferry and drive it's best for a two or three day trip. Walk along the beaches and visit the shops where everything is interesting but reasonable. Lunch at the Courtyard... We were fortunate to stay two nights recently celebrating our 24th anniversary and fullfilling my wife's dream to stay in a beautiful Victorian home. The house is spectacular both inside and out. It was like stepping back in time as Cynthia and her helpers would dress the part and my wife was able to do the same. Breakfasts were excellent... More

We had the best time ! Cynthia and Nathan are awesome hosts. The breakfasts were cordon bleu spectacular. We had initially planned to stay one night, but were able to stay another night. Both rooms were lovely. Both my husband and I want to return as soon as possible. Downtown and uptown are both walkable destinations.

The inn was the best selection that we made on our 2 day adventure. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the items in all the rooms were so unique that there is an antique that would draw interest of anyone regardless of their likes. After a great nights sleep sitting on the veranda in the morning sipping great coffee looking out... More

Beautiful restored and furnished, this lovely Inn and its owners Cindy and Nathan provide a wonderful and hospitable experience of the Victorian era, while bringing you into the 21st century comforts. The coffee and breakfast were great. Internet service good. We hope to make it an annual tradition to stay at the Old Consulate Inn even tho' only two hours... More

We stayed 1 night in late June 2014. We were greeted at the door by the concierge Jillian dressed in Victorian dress. She was very welcoming and polite and told us everything we needed to know about our stay at the inn, although I would have appreciated a little more history of the house as well. We were told we... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sunny, third-floor haven with its view of the bay. Rediscovered the joy of soaking in a bathtub full of hot water and met a ton of interesting people while eating gourmet breakfasts in the dining room.
