We stayed in Room 29 in the older part of the motel. First, the yea: it was beautiful weather and we got a waterfront queen room with a deck for $75+tax. The view was beautiful. To the east we watched the ferry come and go with the Cascades in the background and to the west were the the Olympics. The... More

There is nothing I love more than gazing out at the water in Port Townsend -- watching ferries and sailboats go by; watching birds and occasionally other wildlife. These rooms are perfect for this very pastime. The hotel has an older side that has been there since the 80's or earlier (when part of An Officer and a Gentleman was... More

Just know going in that you aren't staying at the Hilton. It is a Ocean front hotel. We had a hot tub room (outdoor) the hot tub is just separated by a little wall from the neighbor. You are literally a stones throw from the ocean. It almost feels damp in the room (as all of the area tends to)... More

For $150, there was the renovated jacuzzi (within) room and ocean view. For $97, there was the jacuzzi in an adjacent room with ocean view. The former looked fancy for sure, the latter (which we took) was perfectly functional but far less fancy... more rustic summer camp than swanky hotel. And it had an extra shower/bath-tub while the $150 room... More

The view from the waterfront deck made this room a very nice stay! The hotel room had a microwave, fridge, pots and pans. While the room and amenities were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable. I stayed there while attending the Strange Brew festival a short walk away. Staff was great. The continental breakfast was modest but adequate.... More

My husband and I stayed for one night at the end of December. The room had a magnificent view of the ocean, when you looked out the window it almost felt like we were on a cruise ship. The jacuzzi was amazing. The bed was super comfortable, a little soft for my husband but I loved it. It was a... More

Stayed for one night in one of the outdoor hot tub rooms. Everything was nice except the bed. It wasn't very comfortable and the headboard banged against the wall every time we moved. The hot tub was great and the view was nice. Staff was very friendly.

Great place for the price. Stay in the older part, right on the water. The ceilings are low, so if you're over 6'2" beware. Other than that, it's a great little place. Close enough to town so that you can easily walk to restaurants, etc. The view from the room is incredible! You can almost fish from the deck. The... More

This was a last minute booking for us as a ferry mix-up meant we couldn't get to our original desination. Even though we got there quite late the staff were very friendly and adivsed us where we could still get a meal that late. The room itself was OK and the beds comfortable. The attraction was the outdoor jacuzzi where... More

Spent one night, 10-13-13, due to government/national park shutdowns. This is a nice, quaint place right on the water. Not modern, but clean rooms. I had a private deck with my room, #4, and a great view right on the water! Great staff and service! Nice little continental breakfast. Fruit, pastries, muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee and the like. Some scenes... More
