On a hill with a sweeping view of the waters of the Sinclair Inlet, the historic 1909 Cedar Cove Inn has been lovingly restored by owners Gil and Kathy. The property had been neglected when the couple purchased it, but they had a vision to restore the home to its former glory. That vision took eleven years to come to... More

They spent 11 years lovingly restoring this home overlooking the harbor. The wood floors are a work of art in themselves. Wood reaches half way up the walls. Picture windows complement the wrap around porches on the main and second floors. Bugle notes float acoss the bay from the Naval Station when the flag is raised at 8 am and... More

We decided to take a weekend getaway and spent it at the Cedar Cove Inn. It was in a great location that was easy to walk to the shops and restaurants with a beautiful view of the mountains and bay. The wrap around deck was a great place to read and watch the sunset. Because there was only one other... More

This was the best thing that me and my wife have done. This place was amazing, beautiful rooms and the most gracious hostess. Made us feel at home and with family. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! By the end of the week, we didn't want to go home.

This is a wonderfully restored early 20th century inn, comfortable in every way, not plastic anywhere, good linens, wood floors, paneling etc. If you are like me and cannot stand modern corporate hotels this is an excellent choice. Narry a scrap of plastic anywhere and good breakfasts included as well as use of an expansive kitchen. Easy walk to a... More

Stayed only one night but thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. Greeted by Gil (which is an important start), were offered a couple of options (as they weren't booked up) - another nice touch. Were asked to state our wishes for breakfast time. Lovely, pretty-well entirely refurbished (pretty faithfully) house is situated high on a bluff overlooking Sinclair Inlet and across to... More

Found on trip advisor. Loved the look of the B&B. Found a very romantic peaceful place. We had the room with 2 large windows - so a 180 degree view of the harbor. Wish it was not so cold that wrap around porch kept calling to me. But the view from Inside and warm was fantastic - watching all the... More

We enjoyed our anniversary trip to this beautiful historic home. Gil and Kathy are wonderful hosts, the house has all the amenities you could want and is beautifully restored to its 1909 splendor, but most striking was the stunning panoramic view of the bay! It is walking distance to downtown with all the cute shops and restaurants, and the ferry... More

We went to The Cedar Cove Inn, which is named after Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove Novel series ( & television series), after my Mom read the book describing it and realized that she lived there for a year when she was teaching school in the early 1960's! We had an awesome time on a hill overlooking Port Orchard Harbor in... More

Our 2 night stay at Cedar Cove Inn was a surprise gift for my mother's 87th birthday. Her favorite author is Debbie Macomber, and as most fans know, Debbie's Inn at Rose Harbor is Cedar Cove Inn. That aside, this is the best B&B we've ever stayed at. Kathy and Gil couldn't have been more welcoming and gracious. We felt... More
