Arrived in the evening. When I walked into my room - fireplace and music was on to greet me to what was a beautiful room with an incredible view. Clean, comfortable and functional, the room was excellent. The complementary breakfast included assorted fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and packages muffins & Danishes. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here... More

A large group of us (Puget Sound MINI Motoring Club) checked in quite late on a Saturday night and the check in went flawlessly. The room clerk did an excellent job checking us all in in a timely manner. I believe we had 20 rooms. Our room had an outstanding view of the lake. It was quite and well kept,... More

Hotel is fine but here are my complaints: Very unhelpful staff and unreliable pricing. They are playing you to the hilt, one moment it's this price, next moment another. Once they got your money, no more interest to please. Up the street is another small motel with extremely friendly owners, half the price, directly on lake shore. Waste you money... More

Stayed here as part of a golf stay & play package. Room was clean, very comfortable with a refrigerator & microwave. Large bathroom with shower only, which we prefer over a bathtub. All rooms face the water, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony, look out onto the water & see fish jump out off the water. That... More

First, the room and hotel are very clean and modern. Nice little kitchen counter area with microwave and sink. The free, Continental breakfast is quite nice, with a few extras that are nice touches. The view is great off of your balcony. The only problem with hanging out on the balcony are those annoying air cannons in the distant orchards.... More

Terrible customer focus. We booked over the phone, received an email confirmation, drove to the hotel and were informed on arrival there was no more reservation for us and no room left in the hotel. Upon further investigation, it turned out that an employee of the hotel had cancelled our reservation the morning we were to arrive and didn't inform... More

All rooms have a lake view, a nice touch if you're sitting in your room looking at the view. They're very clean and well appointed. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. We were a group of 11 motorcyclists and they let us store our bikes in a nearby garage so that ash from recent fires in the area wouldn't... More

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and view is wonderful. I actually slept better on this bed than my bed at home! Rates are a bit more in the summer but because I like the place so well, we felt it was worth it. Lovely place!

First, I'll admit to a beautiful view of the Columbia River. Even the room's décor is nice. However, we had originally checked in under a $179. 00 price, but when we needed to stay longer, we were charged $209.00 + $28.00 in tax each night. We had been evacuated from our community because the largest fire in Washington State's history... More

Lakeshore Inn in Pateros, WA is a newer hotel. Rooms are nice sized, all with water views. To me, the beauty of this place is it's location, 20 minute drive to Chelan (which is a cool place, but the prices are a bit steep). Pateros is located about 1/4 mile from the turnoff to Highway 20 Westbound (this is a... More
