This is the best Bet Western we've ever stayed at. Like new, lovely lobby, friendly staff, large rooms, love the mini bar area in the rooms, super clean. The full breakfast is really good, even made to order omelets. I hope it never changes. only negative is the pillows. Loved it.

Stayed 2 nights. Must be fairly new. Rooms in new condition. Every detail from the type of coffee to the cute sparkling cider and glass flutes that greeted us. We were recently in the Tri-cities to visit family and decided to give the new Best Western Plus a try, so glad we did. The staff was very efficient with check-in and check-out, room was great, breakfast was very good, hot made to order eggs, omelets if you want.

Great property. Great breakfast. Just wish there was a good place for dinner nearby but that isn't their fault. Can't find anything negative to say. We'll return.

Don't let the Best Western name fool you. This is not the back roads motel of years gone by. When I stayed at this hotel for three months, you would expect to see the good, bad, and ugly. I was pleasantly surprised by the BW. I am not a huge BW fan but this place changed my mind. Breakfast was abundant with choices to include a fresh made omelet made to order. Be prepared to speak a bit of Spanglish to get your order right as the entire staff speaky no english! Very nice hotel though.
