What's worse than having a terrible experience at a hotel? A non-caring desk staff who doesn't care to help resolve the situation. I only stay at this hotel because of a big event next door each November. But, this is the third year I've stayed here with similar problems each year. I won't be staying here again. I reserved online,... more

I find it hard to believe this hotel is in a "gang area" as another reviewer wrote. I did not see any evidence of a bad neighborhood whatsoever. The hotel is right on the road leading to the airport. The rooms were extra spacious. The refrigerator and microwave were very nice. The patio opened to a nice courtyard with pool... more

Pretty nice and very helpful staff and thanks for getting us the patio room. The maintenace staff took care of our AC as requested promptly and that ws a delight. LOST ITEM LOST Royal Blue Jacket (kid's hockey) Says Jonnie WHite on front or on tag. Blue with white trim and SJHA patch. (425) 273-4330 if you find!!! more

We traveled to the Tri-Cities to attend a family reunion. Family members expressed great concern when they learned we were staying in that section of Pasco based on news coverage of constant gang activity, shootings, etc. When driving to the hotel from Kennewick, the highway separates the hotel in its upscale business park/airport from what appears to be a fairly... more

We stayed here two nights, and used priceline.com to get a really good rate. The hotel is near the airport, but we never heard any planes (its a small airport). The room was on the main floor and had a sliding door, so we could park outside the door, which was nice for unloading stuff. The air conditioning was a... more

I traveled for business and (as a gov't employee) had the gov't rate that was average for the area. Despite the hotel not being very full, I was provided a room near the loading dock. I would not have anticipated this to be a problem. However, workers threw debris (or something) into a large metal container for most of the... more

We had a series of meetings at the Red Lion with a few people staying overnight, including myself. In all my years I’ve never had so many things go wrong and so many of these things get ignored. Our setup was wrong (I NEEDED corrected). The individual in charge of setting up meeting rooms actually told me that (quote) “it... more

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel for a convention. The sliding door did not properly close, therefore allowing the noise of the the interstate highway to be loud enough to make one think that the door was wide open. Also, it was the week of the All-Star game and the TV connection was poor. It was difficult to watch... more
