I traveled for business and (as a gov't employee) had the gov't rate that was average for the area. Despite the hotel not being very full, I was provided a room near the loading dock. I would not have anticipated this to be a problem. However, workers threw debris (or something) into a large metal container for most of the... more

We had a series of meetings at the Red Lion with a few people staying overnight, including myself. In all my years I’ve never had so many things go wrong and so many of these things get ignored. Our setup was wrong (I NEEDED corrected). The individual in charge of setting up meeting rooms actually told me that (quote) “it... more

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel for a convention. The sliding door did not properly close, therefore allowing the noise of the the interstate highway to be loud enough to make one think that the door was wide open. Also, it was the week of the All-Star game and the TV connection was poor. It was difficult to watch... more

Booked via Expedia but contacted hotel to insure we had non-smoking room. When we arrived we were given a smoking room and informed that booking through any site other than directly with Red Lion meant that they did not have to give us our requested room. We were there for baseball tournament and both my kids have asthma. Andy, the... more

We stayed here two nights on business. They put us in the furthest room in the 2nd wing. long walk to anything in the main hotel. check in desk staff are stiff and not friendly. The rooms were nice, linens were okay, but the comforter was stained and had some hairs on it. I threw it on the floor. The... more

The bed was very comfy, easy access on/off to freeway, GREAT lighting, nice amenities (mini fridge/mic, Bath and Body products etc.) However, DON"T go for rooms 3161 or 3261 ( or close) as they are RIGHT next to the loading dock with loud, vibrating sounds from 4 a.m.- on (deliveries.) They are the farthest rooms from the lobby or anything... more

The day we checked in it was incredibly hot and we were exhausted from travel and the heat. It was difficult to find the main lobby for check in, and when we did, we found it in the middle of construction/renovation. The doors did not open automatically and I had difficulty hauling in my luggage. Employees standing around with apparently... more
