Rave Party Anyone? My wife and I booked a room here last night for an early flight out of the Tri-Cities Airport... The property was nice and well located but when we arrived the place was like one HUGE club party... We could not find parking anywhere as the parking lot (and halls) were full of tailgating, drunk "boat party"... More

We stayed at this hotel due to the good reviews and proximity to airport. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, but no one warned us about the event they had taking place at the time of our stay. There was a huge party with incredibly loud music that continued until 1am. The windows in our room were vibrating... More

I am so sorry that you were unaware that it was Hydroplane Weekend here in the Tri-Cities! We did make a lot of effort to make sure that all messaging was out there to advise people of the event weekend, I will definitely do a lot of research to see where this failed! Please try us again, as this occurs... More

I stay at the Red Lion Hotels all over the Northwest. All of their hotels are good places to stay. The Pasco property in particular has the best service of all. The staff is friendly and treat you as though you are very important. They go out of their way to help you with any of your needs, and have... More

Room was good, but the staff didn't inform me that 2213 was on the 3rd floor. So I was running around for half an hour looking for the room. And even housekeeping had no idea!! And when we tried to call no answer

Another sprawling property that is big enough to call itself a "campus" is located very close to the airport and interstate highways through the TriCities area of eastern Washington. Rooms are as big as suites, with balconies facing an inner area containing the swimming pool or a vintage courtyard. Close to the huge lobby are a restarant, dining room and... More

We loved the proximity to the airport. The grounds of this hotel are well kept, very neat and attractive. When we got there (on a Thursday),we had to drive around several times to find a parking spot. The lobby had some attractive wood carvings, but overall it was too dark for my taste, dark brown wood on the walls, dark... More

As our weather was so hot, I hope you had an opportunity to use the outdoor pool during your stay! Your next time thru our area, please let us know ahead of time so that we can place you in the courtyard room with a slider to the pool.. More

I've been having to make the trip to Pasco for medical procedures. Red Lion Pasco has been very understanding about my financial situation, and has done a great job at helping me with lodging at an affordable price.

Was there for a convention. Manager on duty was very helpful. They accommodated us all and solved any problems that came up. Meeting rooms were ready when needed. Restaurant has very limited breakfast hours. Is closed in afternoon before main dining room opens. Ample parking. Near airport (1/2 mile) but no airport noise. Washington Elks Assn. has met here for... More

We traveled to Pasco for high school track competition. It was great and the reservation staff were super accommodating when we were unsure how many students would actually be traveling. Customer Service at Red Lion has never let us down. The hotel is a maze. It's large and has many clusters of buildings. There's a lot of parking, and there... More

Shower drain did not drain, no help at front desk, un-cooked potatoes on breakfast buffet everything on bufett was cold. Rude waitress service, had to request toilet paper, soap and shampoo from front desk. Had to stand and wait while front desk finished her phone conversation with staff before I finally spoke up. Wont be back.
