Worked for BNSF and was issued a room that was bug infested as well as pubic and other body hair. Management took their sweet time to avoid me and to issue me a new room. Management's solution was to move me but not offer any services to wash my clothes and belongings that were also infested. To add insult to... More

I was born and raised in Pasco and the Red Lion being there as far back as I can remember she has stood toe to toe with the sands of time. This trip was the first time back in 16-17 yrs. The front staff was very friendly and helpful (Jason) went above and beyond the normal and we were very... More

The facility in itself was fine. The room was clean and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. However, we stayed at this hotel because we were celebrating a friend's birthday in the Grizzly Bar below. It was a Friday night, and there was salsa dancing in the bar. The crowd was probably 99% Latin Americans/Latin American descendants. My husband and... More

I was very dissapointed by my experience at this facility. I had reservations for a double King room that was to adjoining to a room my parents were staying. We were in Pasco visiting my nephew and his wife and doing some steelhead fishing. When we arrived to check in, just before 3 pm, my parents were able to check... More

You can get this for a good price online, and it's a pretty good property. I've stayed there several times in the last year or 2, and the beds are good, cleanliness good, nice outdoor pool, very good accessibility, service good, 3 restaurants (1s fairly priced). Nicer property than the Kennewick Red Lion, much better prices available than the Richland... More

The service was exceptional, and the rooms a bit cleaner than expected, considering the location and age of the building. It wasn't perfect, but overall a decent experience. More

Spent a week in this hotel and so had ample time to find things wrong! However, there really wasn't anything wrong! Staff are very courteous and helpful, rooms are clean and quite large for the price. I also noticed lots of families at the pool, playing in the grass, etc and so it's easy to see that this facility is... More

The property was much nicer than I expected. It was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was excellent. The many amenities made for a very comfortable stay. I will not hesitate to stay at this facility again should I have the occasion to do so. For the price, it was certainly a great value. More

I stay at this Red Lion Pasco property between 15 and 20 nights per year since 2007 and have been time and time again impressed with the staff there. The ladies at the Seasons Restaurant know me by name and greet me with my coffee when I arrive for breakfast. Overall, I am made to feel like as much like... More

We stayed in this Hotel 4 years ago and it was great and I did not mind paying the price, but the 2nd visit was not as pleasant. The carpets were dirty, bathtub had mold in 3 places between tub and tile (not little spots pretty large) Vending machices for water and soda was $2.00 for anything, therefore a fairly... More
