The best kept secret Pasco Washington is the Red Lion Hotel. Located 3 minutes from the airport, this Hotel is modern and clean. They give you a free water bottle in the room and good quality toiletries. Water pressure on shower is good, towels are soft, bed is comfortable and rooms are very quiet. You do not hear the planes... More

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I agree that our location is ideal, especially when flying out of PSC, thank you for taking advantage of our complimentary shuttle! I too love our Cascadia bath products along with our over spacious guestrooms and I always take great pride in hearing about my friendly and helpful staff, so I will... More

A hotel out of the 1970s. There was a bar but nobody there at 9:00 PM. Restaurant served a so-so breakfast. I found the decor brown and depressing. But must confess, the room was clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable. We had a 0600 AM flight and the airport was maybe 8 minutes away, so that is a plus.

We have stayed at the Pasco Red Lion every time we have visited the Tricities for softball! Our rooms are typically clean, well appointed, cool, comfortable, and extremely spacious! Breakfast is typically decent, however, an addition of waffles or maybe pancakes has been a huge request among many of the teams visiting! We would love to see that in the... More

I stayed here for one night because i had a early 5:40AM flight. The total cost of the stay was about $100, i would have spent $60 on parking alone so it was worth peace of mind to not drive 75 miles in fog leaving home at 3:30AM. The room was clean but it was really cold and never warmed... More

We recently stayed at the Red Lion Hotel Pasco 2 nights for a conference. It's hard to find anything good to say about this Red Lion. The facilities are dated and very tired, the service left lots to be desired, and the food was mediocre. There were 2 conferences there at the same time, and check-in took us well over... More

Upon arrival in mid-October for a conference for MD19, I found the door to my room (3212) covered in what appeared to have been someone's latte. I called housekeeping and she was polite and responsive --came out and wiped down the door immediately. The view from my balcony of the courtyard would have been much nicer had I been able... More

I am very pleased to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay! While not all breakfasts are complimentary, as we do have a full service restaurant, if yours was included I hope that my staff was able to rectify this for you quickly! Look forward to seeing you again in future! More

I do not recommend staying here! I accidentally left a $250 jacket hanging in the closet and contacted Red Lion Front Desk immediately after acknowledging I left it to have them grab and hold it for me. The front desk girl (Mallory or Melanie) put me on hold to allegedly have a cleaning lady go look. The front desk girl... More

I am so sorry that we were unable to locate your lost and found item directly after you had departed! As we had not serviced the room as yet at the time of your call, I feel assured that my staff was in no way involved with it’s not being located. Generally, we will ask a lot of questions when... On arrival in our room, the tub did not drain, the clock did not work and there was a bath light burned out. Things that I think should have been noticed and reported by the cleaning crew. They were all eventually fixed after being reported. The breakfast menu is a little overpriced as is evidently ala carte so everything is... More

It seems all of the Red Lion properties I've stayed in the western US are aging, some worse than others but this is medium. It is a big place next to the regional airport. The room was fine. The Internet was terrible, not good for a convention/airport hotel. Elevator didn't work, luckily only 3 stories. Restaurants are a bit over... More

Was here for 2 nights in conjunction with a convention. As others have noted, this is an old & tired hotel. I've stayed at a lot of Red Lions (was Platinum in their old R&R Club for 5 + years) & this is the sorriest hotel I've been in for a long, long time. The Red Lion chain needs to... More
