My husband, myself, and a friend came to Pasco for our annual Elks Convention just this past weekend. We have stayed @ Vinyard twice in the past, which has been slightly over 2 yrs ago. Things have changed drastically in the room cleanliness, upkeep, and staff attentiveness to issues that are pointed out to them. Upon going into the building... more

I stayed there for 6 days with mt 2 daughters. Got maid service 3 times. One of my daughters was bitten by fleas in the bed. The rooms were dirty from the beginning and never got any better. My neighbor was a psycho on release from a psych ward and constantly bothered me to bum a cigarette even though I... more

We made reservations at the Vineyard Inn, Pasco, WA. on 3-10-08 for 1 night on Sat 3-15-08. We chose this hotel because of the low price. We called on Friday 3-14 and said we needed to cancel and the gentleman said no problem and we wouldn’t be charged but we needed to contract Orbitz to cancel the reservation because that... more

The room had 2 queen beds that not the same height and one was sort of comfortable, and the other was squeaky and very uncomfortable. We had a smoking room and there were no ash trays, no ice bucket, no alarm clock, and no remote for the small TV. There was dried toothpaste on the outside of the bathroom door... more

We will never go back to this motel but it was good for us at the time because they let us bring our dog with us. Another good this was that they had a room with 3 queen beds so my husband and 3 children all had a bed to sleep in instead of a roll-a-way. Lastly, a good thing... more

We had 15 rooms reserved for the state High School track meet and when we arrived only 3 of them were even close to being habitable. The entire building wreaks of cigarette smoke and is in desperate need of repair. The outside security doors do not close so the locks are useless. Some of the rooms were missing tv's (... more

The Vineyard Inn was terrible in May of 2007. Their adds are misleading to say the least. The building is in decline, seriously in need of renovation. I'm sure the carpet has not been updated since this place was built (late 60's early 70's I'm guessing). There is no spa, the pool was also a 70's decor, no spa as... more

This hotel is so gross. We paid for 2 nights and after struggling through the first night we couldn't take anymore and had to leave. Everything is out dated and filthy from the first moment you walk into the building everything is sick....the floors, the walls the stairs, the banisters, the drapes, the bedding even the hotel guide book was... more

My family and I are quite Impressed with this place! We stayed a couple of nights in early December 06, they had the Christmas decorations up and the whole motel looked very festive. It's not one of the newer motels in the area, but It's well kept up and nicely maintained, and very quiet. The best part is the staff.... more

I stayed at the Vineyard Inn in oct 06 and was quite impressed. It is a quiet, secure property, and I paid about half what a simular motel down the street wanted. the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I will definately stay here again. more
