This is a small, older motel near Mt. Ranier National Park. We actually had real keys to the room, not electronic cards. Although older, the rooms had mini fridge and microwave (but you need to take your own hair dryer). Free wi-fi access. Restaurant next door had good pizza and breakfast. Hotel clerk very helpful and friendly in planning our... More

We stayed here for couple nights, and everything went well until we left. I found an extra charge of $75 on my credit card account, and when I called they claimed there were towels missing. I am a hundred percent certain we left everything in the room, and requested that they make a full refund asap. The manager never talks... More

We had to do some adjusting for a trip that varied within a time margin and these folks worked very cooperatively to help out cause. Great crew. Even got some advice on area amenities and activities that would give us the necessary distractions for a timely recreation.

I found this on Booking.com and am disappointed that the reviews seem to be misleading. I should have looked here on Tripadvisor first for honest feedback. My first clue the service would be bad is when we attempted to come a day earlier and extend our stay, they didn't answer phone on three different attempts. I left voice mail requesting... More

We had a room rented from August 9th to the 11th. We called the hotel at 830 pm to say we would be late because we were just leaving Mt. St. Helen's. The woman from the hotel said that was fine. When we arrived the front door was locked, we continuously rang the door bell over the course of the... More

We arrived after dinner without reservations and were offered a very nice room with two queen beds, #6. The people in the office were very cordial and accommodating and made us feel at home. Apparently the inn is under new ownership and it shows. The room was very clean as was the bathroom; the beds were comfortable. Recommended!

While this hotel is located very close to Mt. Rainier, it was the most disgusting hotel ever. Cigarette burns on the floor, stains (LARGE) on the carpet, yellowed pillows, and mattresses that sagged so badly that we rolled into each other all night. Did I mention bed bugs? The employees were nice, but not helpful. We actually checked out early... More

Ok, I got upgraded to a double and only charged $100 the single rate. But wait the non smoking room had a cigaret burn in the fibreglass bathtub. There was a scorch mark on the carpet from a hot iron. But the truly gross thing was the blood stained towel. If the blood won't come out after washing don't put... More

A friend and I were traveling and needed a place to stay while visiting Rainier National Park. We stayed here and the woman at the desk was very nice and accommodated our needs. It was just what we needed, a comfy bed and a hot shower. Thanks again!!

The clerk was real friendly and accommodating, a plus. Rooms were full of flies, door weather stripping made a loud crack as you went in and out, and chairs outside were coming un-nailed. Fridge and microwave were the smallest models. It was quiet for being so close to highway 12 and a grocery store is right next door. There are... More
