We had already checked out some nearby overpriced motels when my wife wanted to stop here. Since it appeared much nicer than the places we had already rejected, I didn't want to bother. It turned out to be very reasonably priced with very clean and well maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was on the upper end of... More

This is an older motel that is very well maintained. Looked like fresh paint outside and in our room. Comfortable bed, room very clean, friendly front desk staff, everything you'd need, and a great price. We stayed here on our way to Mt Rainer and are glad we did. Not fancy or new, but clean and comfy and very quiet... More

The lodge is conveniently located in the town of Packwood, handy for Mt Rainier park. We stayed mid-week post labor day, so perhaps we got a special rate, but the room was very comfortable for the money. It had a large selection of TV channels, a fridge and a microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable and the wifi... More

Stay here in Packwood - and avoid much higher-priced, likely filled, lesser- quality motels closer to Paradise. This is a very nice place. Shocked at the review from the women who found soiled sheets; bet they let that housekeeper go since then. We discovered very clean, spacious room; wonderful view; pleasant and friendly host; and the delight of a herd... More

My wife and I were on a great road trip in the Pacific Northwest and spent a night here. The location was great as we were planing on spending the next day at Mount Rainer National Park. Our room was good size with a comfortable queen bed. The shower worked well and we had a quiet night to rest up... More

How a bed is made by a maid and not checked is beyond me. After hanging out all day and evening in the room relaxing on top of the bed watching TV, my husband and I crawled into bed about 11:00pm... to my appalling disgusting surprise, I crawled into urine soaked sheets. After showering, it took forever to get a... More

Called the day before to check if they had rooms, and got a room for disabled people which was perfect and close to the reception. Big and clean and everything you need. Breakfast was decent and easy to bring some to the room as well. Only downside was the wifi, which basically didn't work for most of the time. But... More

We stayed here in a room with two-queen beds. The room had everything you'll need in a hotel room. Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, AC/heating and my personal favorite, a wash basin outside the bathroom as well inside. The room was big enough and most importantly very clean. The view was great.!! We even saw a couple of elk grazing nearby. Like... More

No frills basic hotel room, contains everything you need including Wi-Fi. Nice people and good price with a comfy lodge for continental breakfast. There's not many food options in town, but there is a supermarket across the street.
