We booked our room months ahead and were deceived by the pictures posted on the internet. The hotel is much more rundown than pictured and it's for sale. We were the only customers the night we stayed. There was no ice and the frig icebox was broken. When we went to office to ask for ice, we could not find... More

I'm a clean freak and this place was so clean, very impressed. And the peacefulness as your surrounded by tall trees and elk grazing in the field, almost can touch them. This place is and 11 and you are ever in that area for overnight be sure and stay there..

I came across this place after searching many other hotels in town and finding them run down and poorly cleaned. This may not be a luxury hotel but the rooms were large, decently decorated, and clean. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Pricing was on par with others or slightly below. I would not hesitate to... More

Read the terms and Conditons with your Lawyer first for the HIDDEN fees for cancelations, cleaning fees, depsosit requrements and what i like best is this one: •Will not post photos, videos or reviews of, or comments about, the property to websites, publications, reporting agencies, or contact property owners without Manager’s written approval. So i am posting this here as... More

Everything about this place was a little strange, including little signs posted all around - things like "do not use towels to wipe up spills. You'll be charged for stained towels.". We had made reservations online - only because we didn't know how mountainous it was and therefore were afraid to try to make it on to I-5. (Actually, it... More

Beds are like rocks and need to be replaced--your back is guaranteed to hurt in the morning, if you can sleep with all the highway noise. Place is for sale so amenities few, including only one room light and no dining room light. Manager is not onsite and you have to hunt him down for extra towels, pillows, etc. If... More

New owners remodeling. Several miles out of town. Was quiet. Not many patrons probably because of new owners getting settled in.

Pros: rooms appeared on the surface to be clean and neat. Cons: see below. Reserved a suite for one night. It's August and hot, but no air conditioning so we opened the windows. Two problems: loud semi trucks roaring nearby during the night and the Xmas lights strung under the eves that provided an unrelenting glare into the room. Solution:... More

Arrived and no-one was on site (due to illness - sign on the door). All this is understood and the poor review could have been avoided, if they simply left a note of what to do or a # to call to check in. Unfortunately, none of that happened and I had no way to get in the room and... More

Four miles outside of Packwood, WA this hotel was a TripAdvisor recommendation for my sister's and mine Washington vacation. The room pictures are accurate, down to the color of the bed covers. Our room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us do early check in as the room was already available! Only... More
