We stayed overnight towards the end of August in a two bedroom "casita". The units are efficiently laid out and all have amazing views of the course. They have a full kitchen, two bathrooms and washer and dryer. There are some hiccups (toaster didn't work but staff replaced within 20 minutes) and the units are showing some age but if... More

While camping at Daroga State Park we made the short drive up to Desert Canyon with 5 kids and 4 adults to play the putting course. The young lady behind the counter greeted us and quickly had us set up and ready to go. We were able to walk right on at about 5:30pm and it took us about an... More

Golf course manager is very unacommidating. We stayed at the Lodge at Desert Canyon and were told that we would have a discounted rate while we were golfing. Pro shop manager says no. When I told what I was told he just brushed me off and went on his way. Next day I go to the pro shop to watch... More

Rooms are great, balconies, BBQ, big screen. Free internet and excellent kitchen facilities. Washing machine and dryer in room is an added bonus! Swimming pool and hot tub on site. Golf course is right next door, incredible shape. Prices for rooms and golf course are cheap, even with CDN dollar exchange. Front desk girls and Shannon go out of their... More

The Lodge at Desert Canyon has been my favorite vacation spot for the last few years. Since it is now run separate to the golf course it is exceptionally well taken care of. The staff go out of their way to accomodate your needs. The location is perfect for visiting Chelan without the tourist feeling. I look forward to my... More

We stayed two nights last summer, and the room rates provide good value. Staying here instead of Lake Chelan provides significant savings, and it's an easy 20 minute drive. The rooms are clean, however the resort is in desperate need of TLC. There is only spotty television service, some of the channels did not work or were extremely fuzzy. Our AC... More

We really didn't know what to expect - the website is not great and the reviews were mixed. It's an easy drive from Seattle and you can stop in Wenatchee for missed items. We actually brought a cooler and stocked up on food and beer in Cle Elum. The resort is easy to find. The lobby is nice although the... More

12 friends + September weekend + two quad casitas + two rounds of golf = terrific time! Smooth & efficient check in with Shannon, unload the cars and relax. Both units were clean and the kitchens were well stocked. The golf course and the resort lodge are now each under separate ownership, but this would be oblivious if you didn't... More

Fun to play 1st hole to last. Fairways are wide and the balls sat up nicely. The greens are large and ran true, almost no ball marks on the green but they held and left one each time so a thank you to those who repairs theirs. The water hazards were a little on the low side if they were... More

I was blown away when we stayed here for a wedding last weekend. We had a small one bedroom with a fireplace, 2 tvs, little kitchen with ss appliances and granite tile. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, patio and huge bathroom. The views are amazing and the warm, dry climate is a true treat. The restaurant is across the parking lot and... More
