King bed, free wi fi, couch, tv, refrigerator. Non-smoking. Not on the ocean, on a lake with walking trails. Close, convenient to freeway. Staff worked hard to provide good service at check-in, restaurant and bar.

Also on a stop over here but very good value. Pleasant location, very good room, only the fridge made too much noise. Good food for dinner, good service. Breakfast quite standard, very poor coffee from coffee tank. But what to say because included in already good value room rate (?) Only minus was again the similar document to sign as... More

My husband and I along with one of our grown daughters and our little Yorkie dog have stayed at this hotel twice now. We stayed earlier in the year and were so pleased with our stay we made a point to come back. It is so nice to be able to stay at a good hotel that welcomes pets! The... More

Usually we stay downtown in Oly, but the hotel was bought up by Hilton ant they raised their prices above what we want to pay. This place is very peaceful with very nice grounds and lots of free parking. We will be back

When we arrived in Olympia, Washington we went on this site and found the Red Lion Hotel. Based on the price for a double-queen $119.00 plus various taxes (total $133.41) we were expecting something rather average. We arrived at this beautiful, quiet setting. With its well maintained grounds and hotel exterior, and lovely lobby we couldn't believe our luck. All... More

Spent one night in a balcony room with two queen size beds. Rooms were immaculately clean; staff was friendly and helpful. If my travels ever take me to the Olympia area again, I would definitely stay here. Drinks in the lounge were inexpensive and very good.

The Red Lion exceeded our expectations with regard to comfort. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear the conversations of our neighboring guests. We could also hear the water running in the next room as well as the toilet flushing. This was a disappointment,... More

We were welcomed very friendly. Found A comfortabel and pleasant room. The pool was open, Nice and warm. After a Walker of half an hour to The capitol, whichnis worth visiting, we walked downtown. Bus 44 took us back to the hotel. They only have cash, but could not change 20 US dollar. Kindly enough the trip was for free!... More

I checked into the Red Lion Olympia yesterday a little after 3pm. It is located in the midst of government office buildings set along side a quiet stretch of South Puget Sound. Very nice setting. The hotel was booked solid so the front desk person booked me into a quiet room on the 3rd floor. The hotel looks to have... More

This red lion hotel is great. Room was very nice and overlooked the pool and well kept grounds. This hotel happens to be surrounded my beautiful surroundings. We had our small dog with us and he was comfy as well. I used the fitness room and it was great, but could have used a cooler temp and fans. When I... More
