I recently stayed at this RL again, end of July 2015 and I'll admit I am a bit biased toward RL hotels. I'd stayed 2 yrs ago when I arranged for my son's baseball team, coaches, and adjoining families to stay at this same hotel. All loved it then, and just loved it again. It has even been remodeled since... More

Being on vacation, we stayed in a wide variety of hotels for what seemed like ages. The Red Lion was a breath of fresh (and cool - outside temperature being 100 degrees) haven. The pool outside was warm and inviting, fresh white towels were stacked like cordwood everywhere. Our room was large and well-appointed, with large flatscreen tv, very comfortable... More

What a nice stay! The hotel is an older style Red Lion but that means it has beautiful open grounds with tall shady trees which gave the place an almost resort-like feel. No busy roads so no chaos there. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable but ours did sag just a bit in the middle. Everything was... More

Large room, very comfortable, spotless. Within two miles of large shopping mall and restaurants. Just off I-5. I'll be staying there again when I'm in the area. Fitness area was small for hotel this size but had excellent equipment and well maintained.

This hotel got great reviews but during our stay, I have to say it is not to the higher standard we expected. Good parts: it is clean overall. Room size is big with microwave and refrigerator. Bedding is comfortable but not best. Bad part: poor noise insulation, you can hear your neighbor clearly. WiFi connection is very unstable and free... More

I came to visit my son at Evergreen, and stayed here for 2 nights. The view from my room was incredible, and the deck was exceptionally large. The deck had wonderful, and comfortable chairs. This hotel is also ideally located near the heart of town. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife spent four days at the Red Lion in Olympia. It is a gorgeous setting! We were there for a parrot head music event which turned out to be ready made for this property. We had music inside and outside which is what needs to happen when you consider the weather. The staff was fantastic! They cooked for us... More

We were in a pool view king room for 4 nights for a Parrot Head event in July. Hotel staff was very accommodating & eager to please, however the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order the whole stay, leaving only the 2nd floor machine for use by a very full hotel. In addition, the elevator to... More

Our first night we awoke to items being unloaded at the loading dock below our bedroom window at 4:30/5AM, then trash removal began about an hour after that. The next night the ballroom across from our room was being re-loaded with chairs around midnight and again around 2AM. Needless to say our stay was not restful. Breakfast was so-so. We... More

Lisa: It's not acceptable to stay at a hotel and not get a restful sleep. We are sorry for the noise disturbances that prevented you from leaving here refreshed and ready for your day. We'd like to make this right for you. Please contact me at les.hammons@redlion.com or 360-252-0982 so that we can discuss. Sincerely, Les Hammons, Guest Services Manager More

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids. It is set in a quiet area with a great pool with a true Pacific Northwest scenery of evergreen trees. Buffett breakfast was included that my family enjoyed.
