A large hotel, but felt comfortable and friendly. Beautiful grounds, beautiful views and wonderful pool area. Great bar, and decent hotel breakfast buffet for $7.95 in the restaurant on property. You can ask for a breakfast included rate. I booked 3 months out and got a $100.00 rate. It is not right in downtown, but literally 5 minute drive down... More

My parents stayed at the Red Lion for almost three weeks. Their room was truly outstanding, as was the service, the entire hotel, and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The food was excellent in the restaurant and lounge, as was the service. Their stay was absolutely wonderful! We are so appreciative.

I'm not fussy. No big hotels for me or room service. I prefer to spend my money on seeing sights, meeting people, listening to music, eating.....yumm. This place was perfect. My friend and I stayed one night. It was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. That's all I really need. People at the front desk (and the lobby and the town)... More

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed two nights and had a great stay. We had a large family group and we were in and out throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything they were right there.

All services and facilities were good. Tile in bath was OK but needs some maintenance. Billing format was confusing; I suggest they separate clearly the restaurant and Lounge charges from the room charges.

So the hotel by itself was fine but I second everybody who mentioned 'noisy'...the restaurant was such a disappointment!! It is expensive compared to the quality of service...so there is no host at the host's table ever!! They ask you to ring the bell which you will have to and then they (what seems like deliberate) ignore you..quality of food... More

It's dated, but the staff were welcoming. The walls/ceiling are INCREDIBLY thin as I could here my neighbor on his 5am call and the person above me pacing constantly. The bed was comfy, but I had a little trouble sleeping due to the pacing overhead. There is also a must of stuffiness that accompanies an older hotel.

We are a seasoned couple, with some days to spend at the Seattle area. After some research we decided the brand becouse we had experienced it before and the location becouse it appeared nice, nearby spots of interest and far away fro downtown Seattle. We hit the Hotel, after a 17 hour plane trip and a drive from SEATAC. We... More

We returned to the Red Lion Olympia on a return Trip having had a good experience the first time. However we had a party type couple next door this time and the noise coming through the connecting doors ruined our stay. Also the door kept slamming shut at all hours. Poor design of rooms gave us a sleep deprived stay.... More

We stopped on route to Bend Oregon and found it as it was easy access from the I-5. Friendly service, nice rooms that were quiet. Received a discount on the room (when asked) but needed it explained twice to understand the options!
