I've stayed here multiple times for family events in the Olympia area. It is convenient and comfortable, easy access to the marina and town. Even during Harbor Days, it is a nice, quiet spot to return to and unwind. More

We were very impressed with this hotel. The location is close to the Farmers Market area with its many interesting restaurants and is also just a short walk to the historic downtown . Our room was large and spacious and provided a view of the market and a bit of the waterfront. What really impressed us was the service from... More

I love that they didn't try to screw us and pay for wifi! That really grinds my gears when hotels do that! The front of the house guy was super friendly and helpful. The bed is clean and really comfortable, with down pillows and comforter. I'm glad we choose this place. It has a great locatio too. Within walking distance... More

After a long, stressful summer, I decided to stay at the Phoenix Inn as a treat for myself. It's next to Percival Landing and the Farmers' Market, two of the best places to visit in Olympia. I had asked for a room with a view of the Landing, and I got one---only the window was covered in seagull poop, lol!... More

Thank you so much for staying with us! I love the downtown farmers market and percival landing as well:) It's beautiful to see the new improvements on our water front. When our seagull friends aren't blocking the view, it is nice to get a peak of Puget Sound Lol How fun to enjoy a getaway alone to relax and have... More

This was my third stay at the Phoenix in as many years. Love the location and the price was very reasonable. When we checked in late at night the first room we entered was way too hot - temp set at 89 degrees - heat blowing in August. Immediately went back to the front desk and was quickly given another... Thank you so much for taking the time to give a review of your experience at our hotel. We love your feedback! We are definitely known for having the most comfortable beds town. Tell your daughter the waffles are my favorite too. Our lovely waterfront neighbors, the seagulls, certainly adds some character to our location, but I could do without... More

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and LOVED it...I returned on a planned mini vacation and HATED IT! I paid for two separate rooms for my kids and boy what a waste of money. We tried to go swimming but the water was very cold and my kids had to take warm showers to..."try to enjoy" the... More

We stayed two nights while visiting family. We received free water bottles on check-in which was appreciated. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. The view from the room was a construction site, but we weren't here for the view. I'm not a fan of having the sink in the main room (almost opposite the bed)--it feels... More
