BE FOREWARNED! DON'T STAY HERE UNTIL THE REMODEL IS FINISHED. They do not know how to handle guests during a remodel! We stayed one night at the Phoenix Inn during their "remodel", we have stayed at other hotels that have also been remodeling. rooms dirty, carpet stained, unfriendly staff, they are going thru a renovation, but this should have been told when booking the reservation. very disappointed in this motel, we have stayed there in the past. the boardwalk was nice, very clean, but will think twice before staying at this motel in the future

“Nice property showing its age a little”

Property remains nice but is showing its age a little in terms of wear on the rooms, common areas, etc. Bad WiFi. Consolation was good lobby computer w/ software up to date and good printer connection--something you'd expect to be standard for business hotels but is not. Good/standard breakfast.
