I stayed here when my 13-year-old was at a football camp, and did side business trips etc. It was perfectly servicable. Not new, not fancy, but just fine. I went to run the Olympia Marathon and this was the host hotel. The start and finish line were just in front of the hotel. Hotel is a bit older but it was clean. Over all, I had a very good experience. more

The hotel was excellent on a price/value ratio. The rooms are outdated, but the one we had, which was on the higher floors, was very spacious and clean. Reception was exceptionally cheery and helpful. The BBQ restaurant is excellent. more

Stayed here for three nights on a weekend, and when all is said and done the Governor Hotel seems to be a quirky, basic, hotel in a nice little city.
