We just had one day and night to spend in Ocean Shores. Canterbury was a wonderful find. With a kitchen, living room with sleeper couch and separate bedroom, it was perfect for our quick family getaway. The pool was a hit and after a nice swim we all cozied by the fireplace, played games and watched a movie. Since we... More

So me and my wife went there and I had brought something to drink down to the pool and there was a sign that states no food or drinks in the pool so I set my stuff outside and went in and there where two lady's in there that had drinks so I asked them and way told the lady... More

This condo like hotel has a full kitchen if you need to prepare meals for a family. The living room area was a little cramped. The bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable, which is my only complaint for the room. I woke up with a back ache. The other complaint has to do with the pool room. Don't sit on... More

We enjoyed our midweek stay because there were not many guests, it was quiet. We were attracted to this hotel because of the "$70 per night" rate for a studio room with kitchenette. We were charged: Rm: 106: 10% AAA, Internet $122.00 1 Pet Fee @ $15 each $ 15.00 State Sales Tax $ 10.37 Local Room Tax $ 3.66... More

Needed a weekend away from the stress. This was the perfect spot. It was raining all weekend, but as they say, a rainy beach weekend beats anything else. Well, they should say it. The Canterbury Inn is a great place to stay in Ocean Shores. It is quiet, clean, and friendly. It is also a close walk to food and... More

This place is so quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a 3rd floor studio. The studio had a kitchenette. Which worked great to cook my breakfast. The pool was very warm indoor pool. Someone stated they keep the temp. at 90 degrees. I believe it. Last time I stayed here I had a 1 bedroom with a fireplace. The studio... More

Like the Sept 15 reviewer, I also stayed in the Sleeper Room, yet a week later on Sept 22. The front desk check-in was like speaking to a college friend - and this was my first visit here. How gracious and welcoming! I do not know the area at all - being from Chicago. But like ALL of the hotels... More

Stayed just one night in the little sleeper room we love so much. There is no view other than from a tiny window overlooking the parking lot, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet, the hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. Granted we... More

We stayed in room 204 (pet friendly) and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated (just like the pictures!!!) and a fully equipped kitchen. Front desk management greeted us warmly throughout our stay and did a thorough job about explaining what they expected from their guests who had their pet with them. Needless... More
