Eagles and herons fly over the bay across the street from this lovely B&B. Super clean, quiet, comfy beds and lush towels, you soon know you're in a 5-Star guest house. I've been coming here with friends for many summers and we all agree that while we enjoy exploring the Long Beach area, what brings us back year after year... More

We stayed in the Elsa Room and we were very happy with booking this B&B. Wonderful home, clean and delicious breakfast. Beautiful grounds and loved the chickens and rooster. Ginger was a wonderful hostess and we would stay there again.

Ginger, your host, is a great cook, and the breakfast she served was truly memorable. When she asked you what you like for breakfast, you will get everything you ask for. I especially liked the pan fried oysters, but the quiche was outstanding too, not to mention fresh baked biscuits and any sort of egg you want. Oh - and the... More

Loved loved loved this B&B. We stayed in Elsa's room and absolutely loved it. The king bed was comfy and the view from the room is nice. Towels are luxurious and there is even a little dressing room between the bedroom and private bath. We met Ginger during our stay and she was so friendly. I highly recommend this B&B... More

This out-of-the way inn overlooks the bay. The house was clean and inviting and the hosts were beyond welcoming. It was so quiet that I'm still not sure whether or not they had other guests that night--the rooster crowing was about the only noise we ever heard. Our room was comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. There are few... More

This bed and breakfast is located on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington State and our well-appointed room looked out on Willapa Bay. Our king-sized bed was very comfortable and it was a special treat to have freshly ironed high-thread count sheets and pillow cases. The home and rooms are decorated with antiques and lovely historical pieces. Some special room... More

I have fond memories of my stay in this beautiful home with fabulous gardens and a view over the bay, spacious room and comfortable bed. Ginger and Curt gave first class service, meeting all of my needs and often anticipating them before I had thought of them. The breakfast is heavenly, a gourmet delight. I stayed for two nights then... More

My wife and I felt privileged to share this immaculately maintained period (early 20th century) home and property for a memorable but all-too-short stay. Ginger's hospitality, coupled with the beautiful surroundings and incredible breakfasts (fried oysters are now one of our favourite foods), helped transform our 40th anniversary into something even more special. The house is richly furnished in the... More

I don't know were to begin, the super friendly Ginger, who happens to love one of the same movies I do, "The Enchanted Cottage", or the peaceful surroundings of this wonderful old house, or the super comfy bed, or the unbelievable breakfast with homemade scones, fresh breaded and fried oysters with a fluffy omelette. You all need to experience a... More

We stayed 4 days at the Charles Nelson guest house and it couldn't have been better. The host, Ginger, prepared excellent breakfasts that would rival any brunch in NYC. The b&b is well appointed with cozy sitting rooms and comfortable bedrooms. We travel often to Long Beach Peninsula to see family and I'm sure we'll be staying there again.
