We stayed here for two nights and loved it ! The cottages are clean, well furnished, with nicely equipped kitchens, and a fireplace. We had a wonderful view out through the dune grass to the ocean, and there is a trail out to the beach that is an easy walk, and well maintained. The grounds at Klipsan are beautiful and... More

Most likely you'll have the beach all to yourself...for miles. The cabins...all eight of them, are only a stone-throw from the beach. A short walk through the dune grasses. If you're looking for a laid-back vacation or time off, this is where to go. You go to sleep listening to the waves in the distance. The sunsets are spectacular...bring your... More

Two of us stayed in #8 July 31 - Aug. 2, 2014. We found the cottage to be very comfortable with a great bed for people with sore backs! Everything was spotlessly clean. Cozy quilts and lots of pillows. Some Vintage 70-80's features, with pretty 'coastal' decor and updated floors and kitchen. The neighbor was missing the promised DVD player... More

...want to keep them a secret so that they will be available when we want to go...The cottages are fantastic - you will not be dissapointed...i hate going home...denny and mary are the best... go across the street to the antique/collectibles warehouse - it's like a museum in there...:)

My (soon to be) wife and I have made the trip to Klipsan for a number of years -- every May and November. "Our cabin" is Cabin One, and it holds some amazing memories for us. The beach is just a short walk through the beach grass -- and the stretch of beach where the cabins are located feels remote... More

We made reservations for ourselves and two great grandchildren over Spring vacation. I was looking for a cottage with some privacy and easy access to the beach. From their internet site, Klipsan Beach Cottages appeared to be that place. When we arrived we were not disappointed, the cottages and grounds are very well kept up. The cottages are older, but... My wife and I stayed here on a rainy and foggy day and thoroughly enjoyed the wood stove (and all the wood you want!). The walk to the beach is right out the sliding front door and about 4 minutes through a field. The beach is beautiful and walkable for miles. The cabin had a fully equipped kitchen which we... More

This is a great little set of cabins on Long Beach that are meticulously cared for by the owner/managers. I particularly appreciated the time and care spent in grounds and gardening, and the cabins themselves were very clean and well maintained. It's just a short walk over the dunes to the beach.

I've comes here for years. It's the best little rustic place on the long beach peninsula. Once you get all settled in here--- all you want to do is smile!!! We are in cabin #5 ... King bed, fireplace ( unfortunately gas now), but very nice. So... Breath the air, smell the sea, get in touch with life and... smile.
