My husband is working in the area and his company rented this for him. Our son and I came up and stayed for a week with him for a little vacation. This isn't a review of the main part of the hotel, the 6 bungalow suites directly in back also belong to the Acorn Inn and that's where we stayed.... More

Paid $79 as advertised, double bedded twin room. Updated with quality furniture, good tv, full cable, HBO. Nice decorating. Free wifi not that stable, but room wired with ethernet, so we set up our computer as a hot spot. Continental breakfast a little sparse -but ok for us-coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and toast. Jam & cream cheese. Needs fruit, but... More

Had checked this hotel out on line before arriving and owner honored rate I had seen on line of $69 a night. For the price the value is good. Clean room but as mentioned by others no hairdryer, no coffee maker but there was a fridge which was important to us. The owner is a little quirky and very passionate... More

On July the 5th, after searching for a convenient area to stay for exploring whidbey island, I ran across The Acorn Inn. I began booking a fabulous king room for a three night stay @ a rate of 69.99 per night. There had been a sash on the listing showing the rate to be 43 or 45% off. The total... More

Rooms & hotel were beautiful, but everything else isn't included unless you ask. No coffee pots in the room (unless you ask) no hair drier (unless you ask) free breakfast is bagels & muffins only, that's not a breakfast...at least not a healthy one. Breakfast area is non existent as well.... 3 chairs in the entry area is all there... More

Lots of updating is evident in both the exterior and interior of this conveniently located and very inexpensive motor inn. On arrival we were upgraded to a king room. The furnishings in the room were of an extraordinary quality, particularly when you consider the price we were paying. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and a... More

It was a very nice and clean room. The beds were super comfy and soft. They have a flat screen tv, fridge, and microwave. The little continental breakfast had coffee, english muffins, bagels, and the huge muffins from Costco! We had 2 Queen beds so the 2 big chairs in the room made it very tight in there.

Our family of five stayed at the Acorn Inn during our vacation to Whidbey Island. We dropped our daughter off at her new Navy appointment at the Navy station on Whidbey island. We stayed at the Acorn Inn for seven nights. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was recently updated. We stayed in a triple bed room which had three... More

I just returned from a 4-night stay at the Acorn and I could not be happier with the accommodations. I had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel. Everything was so clean. That is of utmost importance to me. The bed was comfortable which doesn't happen very often at hotels. I requested a coffeemaker and received a... More

If you pay $59 for a hotel in a premium tourist area you are at best making going to be taking a risk in some form. At the Acorn Motor Inn I was pleasantly surprised, for what it got us. Here is what you do not get: 1. Good customer service 2. A good continental breakfast However you do get:... More
