TripAdvisor review indicated the outside wasn't much but look inside. The outside was quite lovely! But inside was amazing! The Great Room? Beautiful. Friendly staff throughout. Great room that was lovely and trendy looking. Very quiet. The view of the trees allowed for a LARGE deck with 4-person mineral spring water hot tub and a table and chairs. Music played... More

I choose Bonneville Resort because it was close to our home, yet far enough away to relax. We booked a king courtyard hot tub room. (Faced the parking lot) The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, but I did notice a few cobwebs by the sliding door. Nothing serious. The shower insert was very odd and was almost a... Went this weekend for some relaxation and romance with the wife. She never left the room and I only left once for food. We had a hot tub and that was the main reason we chose the resort. Yes, everything was a bit expensive but I have no regrets!! Food was very tasty and service was good. Yes, TV was... More

I've heard about this place for years and only live 30 minutes away. I finally went and saw this really wonderful place. Sure... there may be some service issues but hey...try finding employees in a remote location where the tourist season is minimal. We walked around and was overwhelmed by the peacefulness & beauty. We also did an impromptu dining... More

My daughter and I spent a fabulous Saturday relaxing at the spa. The hotel makes the spa experience a priority by ensuring a quiet, restful atmosphere. We both had 90 minute massages and were extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the masseuses and staff. After our massages we ate on the patio. The food was OK and the... So first off I'll say the spa was lovely, my Rock n Rain massage was worth the trip, my masseuse Nick was fabulous. However. My best friend and I reserved a king room with a private balcony hot tub facing the Timberlines. But, the way the hot tub was positioned you either saw a cement wall or the parking lot.... More

The other lodge down the road was much nicer and manger was willing to do a upgrade to a bigger room and better view for no... More

Nothing makes you feel less welcome than when you check into a hotel and you are immediately presented with a page- long set of rules and regulations that you must initial and agree to follow. Where is the hospitality in that? Rules as silly as you must leave your robe in your room rather than turn it in at the... More

Stayed one night with my husband. Was very quiet for mid summer, weekend. Food and wait staff -- excellent. Clean. Impressive three story fireplace room with plenty of space to relax. Needs updated on furnishings and interior paint. Floor in our room was not level. Initially felt a little bit of vertigo. Front desk staff not very friendly. Did not... More

My husband and I came here for three days to celebrate my birthday. We were looking forward to indulging in some much needed rest and spa time. I'll start with the cons as there were many more than pros: Cons The experience was disappointing from the start. The online booking transaction kept timing out and never sent us a confirmation...
