The Old Hen was a wonderful experience. All of the other reviews are correct; listen to their recommendations. The balcony room is by far the best room with the claw foot tub and the walk-in shower. All the rooms have large beds and large flatscreen televisions, and there's a common room with a fridge and a large game collection. The... More

My wife and I stayed in the balcony suite for one night, and really enjoyed our stay. It was just far enough away to feel like a getaway, but close enough to not tire us out on the road. The price for the balcony suite was really reasonable (about $200/night) for what you get--the bed was comfortable, the room was... More

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the “Balcony Suite” at the Old Hen for our anniversary. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ll try to keep this brief, but there were so many amazing things that I’d being doing the business a grave injustice to not touch on them all. The first thing I noticed... More

Spent 2 nights in their beautiful suit with a waterfall shower and clawfoot bath tub. WOW. I think I spent half the time there in that tub with a glass of wine and bubbles to my chin! (BYOBB---Bring Your Own Bubble Bath) It was an incredible venture away from noisy downtown Seattle where we commonly reside. Plush His and Her... More

I was fortunate enough to be doing some business in Snoqualmie, and I can choose whatever hotel accomodations I wanted. Rather than hole up in the Holiday Inn in Issaquah, I found this gem. Since it is my first ever stay at a bed and breakfast, I was not sure what the experience would include. The home is located about... More

My wife and I are the proud parents of 4 kids. While we bring much joy from all the little ones we also need time to get away...and I mean away. For us a couple of nights at The Old Hen is just the trick. It feels like you are going away to stay with that member of your family... More

My husband and I stayed at the Old Hen B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in multiple B&B's across the country, but this one takes the cake and is most memorable for us. The house and property were absolutely gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The owners couldn't have been any more hospitable...They truly made us... More

This property is truly a hidden gem. A few miles from busy Interstate 90 near North Bend, WA, the Old Hen sits graciously and quietly on the banks of a meandering river. Away from the hustle and bustle of the freeway, tranquility prevails. My wife and I were graciously greeted by the owner, Deanna Morauski and we soon found ourselves... More

When we stayed at The Old Hen we enjoyed the ambience, the rooms were well put together and very comfortable. The house was lovely and in a beautiful setting. I remember there was a very pleasant Yankee Candle scent in the air. We had our own Kuerig coffee machine in the room, along with flavored creamers, and in chilly Snoqualmie... More

I must begin by saying that the inn keepers at The Old Hen are delightful! My husband and I visited for a weekend getaway, I had no idea what was in store for us! We were greeted so warmly and invited to get settled in our room. The property is beautiful with a little walk to the river and a... More
