We went to Moses Lake best western for a family emergency and my inlaws and my husband and I each got a room in the pets allowed section of the motel. Before going to dinner that night i noticed there were a bunch of tiny ants in and around the sink i killed them and went out to dinner. we... more

I stayed at the Best Western Lake Inn & Conference Center for two nights in mid-October on my way to and from a college football game in Pullman, WA. Due to a tight travel schedule and last-minute flight scheduling, I had to fly into Seattle (5.5hours from Pullman) in the evening and opted to stay halfway, at Moses Lake. I... more

My husband and I stayed here recently. We were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony and a view of the lake without being charged for it. That was a nice suprise. The room was clean and nice...the usual Best Western standard. The only problem was that we were near the ice machine which made a constant humming... more

Average, Average, Average. Staff was generally friendly, especially housekeeping. They did make a mistake in our reservation but ended up treating us very fairly, giving us our final night for free since we had to move to a lower quality room. Only about half the rooms have balconies/decks so be sure you ask for one if you want one. The... more

Bad food bad service and bad drinks. Food made my daughter and I very sick and no one returned a phone call ever. Stay away from this place no one tried to make any part of dinner enjoyable. more

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! The beds were like rocks as were the pillows. The bedspread was covered in some sort of powder substance and the maid was very upset that we asked her to change out the bedding. She was even more upset that we asked her to remove the moldy food left over from... more

Even though the lake was frozen, the view was still spectacular. The view from the restaurant was amazing. The front desk could use a little more work, with an exception of a young man named Fabian. He was very helpful, and was able to answer any question we asked him. I love that they have a business center, hot tub,... more

My husband and I attended a concert at the Gorge and chose to stay here so we wouldn't have to drive the 4 hours home the same night. We arrived before the concert to check-in and drop our bags off at the room. We waited in line for a very long time. Each time the phone rang, the girl at... more

This Best Western has a beautiful location on Moses Lake, but staffing on an October Thursday left much to be desired. Only one person was at check-in and she was overloaded and unprepared. The computer failed to show the rate I had received from Best Western's web site. the property billed my credit card twice. Staff Friday morning at check-out... more
