We stayed in room 227 over memorial day for the sasquatch festival and our ipods, and jewelry was stolen by hotel employees hotel manager waived our room fee which was nice but he also told us that several ppl had left without returning their room keys and then those rooms had been broken into an things had gone missing that... more

I travel to Moses Lake frequently on buisness. This Shilo is clean, secure and the staff are great. The only draw back is no elevator. They also have several restaraunts, gas stations, mini marts in close proximity to the hotel. I stay here every time I am in Moses Lake. more

Our car broke down out of Othello, Wa... We got it towed to the dealer in Moses Lake & found out it would take up to 2 days to fix!!! So we had the dealer drive us to the Shilo Inn close to the dealer...They had room for us ; this was after 5p.m.. They were very accommodating for us.... more
