As a Best Western Gold Crown (platinum) member, my family and I have stayed at Best Westerns all around the US and abroad. I am more then disappointed in the "policy" attitude Best Western has. I was a few hours late in canceling a reservation I had at the Marysville property (I called at 7pm the day before arrival). My... more

I usually stay at other Best Westerns in WA State but wouldn't stay here again! Stayed for one night while shopping at the Outlet Mall. Desk clerk advised room price for CDN gov't employees was $116. Since I knew there was a better rate offered online I asked if I could use the computer to check it out and she... more

The parking lot is unsafe due to not enough outside lighting . Darn right creepy at night. Pretty inside and then it goes downhill fast. First of I was apphulled that a disabled employee in a wheel chair has to work behind a counter that is not to accomdating to the proper height the would make her job 10 times... more

We selected this hotel for a shopping trip/mini getaway so we didn't want to spend too much. Our first impression was that it was a little worn out but the lobby was bright and the river rock walls were stunning. The front desk clerks were detached and neutral. Not bad service but not exceptional. The rooms were disappointing with a... more

Nothing like paying good bucks to stay in a place that is dirty, unfriendly and advertises ammenities that don't exist or don't work. They advertise having a restaurant on site, which is closed down. The whirlpool pump jets don't work. The indoor pool is cold because the weather has been inclimate, which makes no sense for an indoor pool. I... more

Just back from shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets and we booked this hotel getting the name from the outlet website. I would avoid this hotel in the future. Rooms were very dirty, we all had to wear flip flops the whole time - carpet was pretty gross. The room smelled terrible. (no words could describe the smell of our... more

The hotel left a bad impression from the start. The staff at the front desk seemed detatched and unhelpful. While we were getting our room key, the rude guy helping us realised it was time for him to leave, and simply left us there until another person came and helped us. We had two rooms, which weren't too bad. One... more

Overall it was OK. We found the lobby smelled of smoke due to the fact that both sets of the double doors from the lobby to the bar were wide open and the smoke funnelled from the bar into the lobby. We woke up and had to take an antihistamine because we were so stuffed up. Also, we had gotten... more

We decided to check out the Tulalip Casino one night and had a few choices on the Tulalip Indian Reservation to stay. I am a Travel Agent and can usually count on the quality of Best Western hotels. This one was especially unique and homey! The lobby and public areas are decorated in River Rock with vaulted ceilings and pine... more

Myself and my bridesmaids booked the executive suite here on a girls trip to do wedding planning. As there was a considerable amount of paperwork and things to go over we thought this would be perfect. Check in was flawless. We got to our room and were rather impressed. Very clean and looked fairly close to what they showed on... more
