The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful and had credit card information sitting on the desk where I could plainly see it while she was in the back...a little scary! This ESA is the best value I have found in Lynnwood. While the office does close at 11pm, all doors to the building require a room key to enter, which is more secure to me than someone at the reception desk. This is a "cheap" hotel. Construction is cheap with much noise room-to-room and from the halls. Smell from cooking is bad because no kitchen exhaust fans and poor hall air movement.
