We often stay with Marriot in Canada. If this hotel is an example of this chain in the US, they can keep it. Run down, badly in need of some TLC and upgrading. Stayed with a sports group. Easy to set up a block of rooms. One of the rooms was not correct, but staff took care of it quickly in a friendly manner. I would suggest this over the nearby Embassy Suites which has better rooms, but the staff is a bit hostile. more

We booked the Lynnwood Courtyard through Hotwire for our Christmas stay. Worst experience ever! We had noticed in the evening that there was blood on the comforter and requested to change it, of which they sent an evening security guard to give us new sheets. Arrived in Lynnwood, WA around 10:30 pm and our check-in/out procedure for a 1-night stay went just fine. Besides, we're on our way to Vancouver, BC the next day so it was a real quick overnight stay. Front desk staff was helpful. Since most of the restaurants nearby had already closed; hotel staff recommended Applebee's, which luckily for us closes around midnight. My wife and I had one of the best stays ever. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. I think this hotel may be a little older, but was updated nicely and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. more
