The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went all out to make sure our stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was off to the side and a little crowded. I guess everyone wanted to be in this nice location. It was right off the freeway and a shoe in to Seattle. More

Free WiFi, our first room was noisy and the toilet didn't work correctly and the hotel took action immediately to get us into a better room. Very nicely decorated rooms, free parking and WiFi, the hot tub was excellent, everyone on staff was friendly and concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. More

Clean, free shuttle to the mall, very close to the mall, lots of great eats around the hotel. the beds are comfy and the room is spacious! More

This hotel wa a nice surprise. The check in process was extremely painless and friendly. The room was spotless, well stocked with pillows and had refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. As an added bonus there is an excersise center and free wifi. I did not expect it to be such a pleasant stay, and very quiet. More

We've stayed at this particular hotel twice now. Once in July and once in September. The staff is amazing - so kind and helpful.
