We headed back to the Long Beach area for the 4th of July and needed one night somewhere prior to our campground reservations over the 4th. We read online on TripAdvisor about the Lighthouse Resort and felt fortunate to get a last minute reservation there. They actually had several openings... which maybe should have been the first clue to us!... more

This was a pretty nice place, close to how they described themselves on line. The rooms in the 3 bedroom suite were good sized, the place clean for an ocean front. Two bedrooms downstairs 1K, 1Q and the unit's full bath. Upstairs, a double bed in the small bedroom, a half bath and a small kitchen and eating area. The... more

I rented a one bedroom ground floor unit, the closest to the beach. The trail was literally footsteps off of my deck. My view of the ocean was fantastic. I had two little dogs with me. The hotel lobby has "doggy towels" tied with a dog biscuit to clean the beach off those little feet! The room had pretty much... more

We stayed in the older cottage section. It was much more economical. They ran a 3 nights for the price of 2. We also had our two dogs. We were in cabin 9. It was fine. A bit worn but very comfortable and clean enough. Plenty of towels, clean sheets, hot water. We used the pool and hot tub. They... more

Comfortable, contemporary, very clean accommodation -- and the website allows you to see the interior and ocean view of every unit, so you know what you're getting when you reserve your room. These shingle-sided buildings are set at an angle to the coastline so each unit has an ocean view. The entire facility (with the exception of the strip of... more

The oceanfront townhouses are well-equipped with all the comforts of home. Nothing fancy, but clean and spacious. Each unit has at least a partial view of the ocean with a deck or patio. The units nearest the beach have unobstructed views of the ocean. It is a short stroll to the beach through the dunes. Lots of people and dogs... more

We recently had a mini reunion here with my husband's sister and his aunt. With a three bedroom condo for the four of us, this was an ideal setup giving us lots of room and also some privacy at night. Even though the weather was great we used the gas fireplace on a cool morning. The kitchen is well stocked... more

We held a family reunion at the resort - my husband and I spent a long weekend last year looking for a Washington coast site that could handle our group and were just about to head to Oregon when someone suggested we look at the Lighthouse Resort. We had dismissed it while driving by because they have several small 1950's... more

I must say, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. After driving through Long Beach, it was wonderful to be at a location set by itself. The view overlooking the sea grasses to the waters edge was breathtaking. We would make coffee in the room in the morn. and take the short walk to the water and just... more

This resort is north of the town of Long Beach, Wa - a quaint little beach town with lots of summer activities. The resort has staggered the rooms so that each room can see the ocean. Just dunes and dune grass separate you from the ocean. Larger rooms are townhouse style with 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs. The smaller... more
