I enjoyed an evening at the Breakers midweek June, 2015. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable, and the balcony provided a territorial vista of deer in green meadows leading to the seashore. A path led to the beach, and the setting was inviting and serene, perfect for viewing the sunset. The folks at the front desk were efficient,... More

If you go knowing this is not the Ritz, you will be fine. These are individually owned condos, so it is kind of a crap shoot, but the balconies are great and the rooms a nice size with an older bathroom. The grounds are beautiful and although the beach is a bit of a hike it is very accessible on... More

The place we stayed had a queen bed in the living room (made into a bedroom) and single pull down bed in the kitchen. The pillows were lumpy and the television had horrible reception. Wifi was extremely slow when it worked. All that may have been ignored if we really had an ocean view. On the third floor (top with... More

Don't pick an evening check-in or you may get Jerry. The crodgety angry man is down right rude. When you ask a question you are left feeling that you have great imposed just by asking. We were in the 4th building and his directions on how to find the unit didnt help us at all. We took the last parking... More

Wife and I met with Brother and his Wide and shared a 2 bedroom suite. Love the full kitchen with everything to cook with and a nice walk on the beach. We played with Giant bubbles right out side our room nice breeze and grass went barefooting and acted like kids. We have to go back soon and bring the... More

We haven't been to the Breakers for about 4 years and our son suggested we stay for a few days over spring break. He remembered going there when he was a young boy and he wanted to go back and see all the fun things at Long Beach. We all had a great time and he and his girlfriend loved... More

We recently purchased a two night stay at The Breakers through Groupon. We had never stayed in Long Beach before so weren't sure what to expect, but at $89 a night for an ocean view we figured we couldn't go wrong. The resort is fairly typical for the PNW coast. It has four buildings, each with three stories, a nice... More

My daughter and I have stayed here twice. In July 2013 and July 2014. We really enjoy The Breakers! Because the units are individually owned, the amenities, décor and upkeep are not consistent. The best part is the location, adjacent to the dunes and board walk of Long Beach. Bikes are available to borrow, and my daughter and I rode... More

We rented a room with kitchenette. Great room with a distant view but still a view of the ocean. Friendly staff on-site. Late at night the frogs serenade, very peaceful. The condos are located next to a couple of trails to walk to the beach or you can drive to many beach access points. There's an 8 mile bike trail... More

My husband and I stayed here in November 2014. Loved the location, clean and the staff very welcoming. Interesting history to explore, shops close, beach close. Kitchen unit if desired. Pool and hot tub and bikes to use. We will be back, good for families and couples. The Kite and Cranberry museums were fun to visit.
