I asked for a first floor room and had a spacious living, dining, kitchen area with separate bedroom. This dog friendly room was easily accessible to the beach and great grassy areas for walking. The resort is at the end of the Discovery Trail... only a mile to "town." I enjoyed my winter stay and the fireplace. All rooms are... More

As each room is independently owned, your experience probably depends a lot on the roulette wheel they spin to assign you your suite. We specifically requested a room that was "nicer than the ones on their website". We were a bit nervous (the photos on their site are really dated looking - why on earth they wouldn't show the best... More

We had a great condo and a wonderful time with the dogs. Until we got home and discovered the condo we stayed in was infested with fleas. Now dealing with washing dogs and bedding, and killing fleas in car and house. Make sure condo has been checked for fleas before renting and taking dogs into it. Travel a lot with... More

We called at 5pm on a Sunday night after Thanksgiving. Desk man says $129 for a room...$20 more than anywhere else we had checked. But they had ahoy tub. Online it said $99 plus tax. Anyhow..at desk he tells me $109. View of Ocean, king bed. oK.. Next we go to room But we can barely get in door the... More

My husband and I headed to Long Beach just on a whim for the weekend. We pulled into what we thought was a hotel. It was called the World Mark; it was a timeshare. However, the desk clerk referred us to the Breakers Hotel and Condo Suites 1.3 miles down the road. The outside was very impressive. We walked into... More

Fun place! Great place to bring friends and family! Rooms are big with plenty of elbow room for everyone! Rooms for pets available! TVs in all of the rooms and comfortable furniture. Books, puzzles and games for rainy days! Kitichen with full sized fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Dishestableware, pots and pans and extra untensils! These are not luxury... More

We rented a one bedroom apartment style room in D Bldg second floor. Good size kitchen that was well stocked with a dishwasher, plenty of pots, pans and all sorts of utensils. It had a large table and a living room with a love seat and couch that is a hide a bed. River rock fireplace with a built in... More

Staff is so nice and knew all the good restaurants in town! They had bikes to use (free) to ride on Discovery Trail. Beach is a hike because it's part of a conservancy; YAY FOR WA! It's great that the state protects their beaches!

We have stayed at this place since '94 - only missing one August Kite Festival. The staff are most willing to help solve any problems or complaints. The units are roomy - a fire log is provided each day - the bed was great - just some small issues with utensils in the kitchen. The bathrooms need upgrading but are... More

2 couples stayed In D Bldg room 407 and 408. Very large and mostly clean. Mishmash of blinds and one was pretty nasty. Flooring looked rather new. Well stocked kitchen. About $300 for each night. King bed super soft but comfortable. Cob webs on chandelier.
