First, we had to park in the mud across the street as the parking lot is way too small for the number of rooms they have. We were greeted by the resident furry person, Alli, a wonderful friendly dog and I knew this place was going to be terrific. And it turned out it was. This place was ok.. Stayed here in off season, paid $139 for a room with 2 queen beds. They tried to say it was a suite, but just one big odd shaped room with a plastic room divider -- no sofa or table and chairs. Bathroom was large, but lots of wasted space. No Air Conditioning and poor ventilation for air in our room. The TV was something from the early 1980's and didn't work. The continental breakfast was stale donuts,bread and watery orange juice. All this joy for $130 per night. There is much better lodging in Long Beach at about half the price. We will never be back to the Super... more
