Here's the deal... I would have been a little nicer in this review, until I did my homework. The bathroom facilities are disgusting and have apparently been this way for for weeks. Stalls and sinks broken and clearly in no hurry to fix the issues. Try competing for one of two showers with hundreds of other campers. The raw sewage... More

My husband and I stayed at the Leavenworth, WA KOA for one night on a recent trip to Washington. We were in a cabin in order to take a brief break from our tent camping and to get a chance to see Leavenworth. The location of the KOA is very convenient for seeing the town, but the KOA itself was... More

Although I am only giving KOA an 'average' rating, there were things that made this far better, and also far worse than 'average'. The staff were friendly, always available, and there was NEVER a shortage of things to do. We arrived on Thursday July 3 and stayed through Sunday July 6. We paid for one of the few ultra-premium sites... More

What a shame. A beautiful location tainted by the smell of raw sewage for three days. It was completely unbearable at times. Additionally, the customer service stunk as bad as the sewage. I went to the desk each day, starting July 3rd, to ask to speak to a manager. Each time, I was promised one would stop by my site... More

Firstly this campground is in a first class location and if managed right would be one of the best koa's bar none...Unfortunatly the campground is ran by teenagers with little or no knowledge /experiance on how to run a professional business. Some staff were helpful but others felt their social escapades were more important than looking after the people who... More

Hi there We recently stayed at the KOA in Leavenworth WA. Our stay was from Sunday June 29th to July 1st. Firstly let me say that the campground came highly recommended by my in-laws who stay at this campground for two weeks every summer. Sadly our experience was poor, and we will unlikely be returning. We reserved online a few... More

Our family of seven (kids aged 11,9, 7, 5 and 7 mos) stayed here on Father's Day weekend (Sunday - Tuesday.). We had a GREAT time and this is now our favorite campground. We stayed in a large tent site (R17) with two tents, close to the pool, restrooms and river. Swam in the pool, played on the playground, rented... More

We have stayed at this KOA many times in our RV. This time we stayed in a Deluxe cabin with bathroom. The cabin was nice. It has a bedroom with a queen bed. The mattress is the style you would find at summer camp (plastic outer cover) but comfortable nonetheless. You have to bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows.... More

As full time RVers, we stay in lots of campgrounds. This place is gorgeous, well maintained, and very scenic. The staff is superb and we told the Manager so. Yes, its an older KOA and the sites are close, but the rest is great. The pool and hot tub were terrific. Thank you.
