My wife and I stayed at the Copperwood for three nights in early June. We were not disappointed. Our hosts, Carl and Nancy, are simply wonderful people. They struck exactly the right balance: friendly and personable without prying. We stayed in the Northwest Light room, which features a super-comfy king-size bed and a great jetted tub. It's beautifully appointed, too.... more

Oh my god. How do even describe this oasis in the middle of the island? I shall start by saying I wish we had longer than one night there, because it was heavenly. Our last stay at Copperwood was in July 2007, but it wasn't our first. We've been staying with Carl and Nancy off and on for about two years. Absolutely fantastic and affordable Bed & Breakfast on charming Whidbey Island. Hosts Carl and Nancy make you feel right at home, and the property boasts many amenities of much higher priced B&B's (in-room fireplace, jacuzzi tub in bathroom and gorgeous large spa in a terrarium garden setting).
