We could only stay one night at the Boatyard Inn, and wish it could have been more. Wonderful place right on the water. From the very cool eclectic exterior, to the smart interior layout, there was nothing about this property that could be improved upon. Furthermore, its very clean and well maintained. Great for a family, everyone slept comfortably with... More

Thank you so much for the enthusiastic review! We too are sorry you couldn't stay longer with us but are happy you are eager to return again...hopefully for a little longer. Whidbey Island has to be one of the most beautiful and most comfortable escapes in the entire country during the summer months (especially this summer!). But I promise you... More

I took my mom here for a four day stay and we rented a two bedroom unit. From the moment we arrived it was perfect. The staff were all friendly and inviting, the room was amazing with a perfect deck overlooking the water and the boat marina. The room was nicely appointed with a box of free snacks, blankets to... Me, my husband and three teenage children loved this place! We had a loft suite with a king bed upstairs, a queen down stairs, and a large couch for my son. The place looks rustic from the outside but it is beautiful inside. Clean, huge, and everything you would need. We had a great deck looking over the marina. They... More

This endless summer in the Pacific Northwest just begs one to be on the water, and that is exactly what you and your family did when you checked into the Boatyard Inn during your recent stay. The paddle-board and kayaking place right next door has provided hours of pleasure not only for our guests renting equipment there but also for... More

We were hosting out-of-town family and this was a perfect place to stay for two nights. Accommodations were clean, modern, had an excellent view of the marina and Cascade Mountain range, with a view of the sunrise. A short walk into town made eating out very enticing, despite the lovely kitchenette.

Thank you for choosing the Boatyard Inn while you were hosting your family. We hope you and they will return again for an even longer stay next time. The kitchenettes serve as an economical and fun way to dine in, and eating outside on your own private deck (especially during these glorious summer evenings) will create lasting memories. We appreciate... More

Found a couple rooms here only days before arriving. I was lucky enough to get unit #3 with a ground level, ocean front view. The window was full of the strait with mainland Washington on the other side. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed coffee by the fireplace while watching the sun trying to break through the... More

Have been to Langley MANY times and had never been down the hill to the marina. What a nice surprise to see this charming, and well designed lodge. Bright colors and corrugated metal define the exterior and the rooms are incredibly efficient in their layout with the bed facing the water view, the deck with comfy chairs and a cute... More

We stayed here for one night on a business trip, on the recommendation of friends. We couldn't have been more delighted! We had a suite, with a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room with big-screen TV & a few "vacation-type" novels on a shelf, a dining area, and, upstairs, a spacious master suite with a super-comfy bed! Behind the hotel... More

My wife and I were looking for a place on Whidbey Island not too far from the Port Townsend Ferry. This place is in Langley, a bit off the beaten path but still well positioned on the island. This waterfront property is on a small marina and beach and has a dozen or so rooms spread among several buildings. Our... More
