Found this property through a difficult to find but excellent bed & breakfast reference page for Whidbey

This B & B is just a couple of blocks from town and if you know Langley - town is not big! It is on the street that runs along the water which means that from the front room of the second floor ( the largest accomodation w/ full bath, too ) you have a terrific view of the snow clad mountains ( whatever time of year you're there ). The other rooms are not large and they share a bath BUT the hostess is wonderful, breakfast is wonderful, the location close to town but far enough away not to hear town is wonderful and the price is very good. I almost hate to give it away because it's not listed here but in fairness I must! more
