Very clean room and comfortable bed. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this very nice town. There is no lake view from this hotel. I highly recommend walking 2 blocks to the lake to watch the sunset. Also, ask the hotel staff for free tickets for the lake boat tour. It is about a half hour car ride... More

The Heathman was a delightful place to stay in Kirkland. In the heart of downtown, but not a noisy location, it was very handy to be able to walk to any of our destinations, the hotel was very nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good food at their restaurant. We would definitely return.

First time in Kirkland and what a surprise. What a cute town. And the Heathman made it all the better. Lovely hotel in a great area. Spacious rooms, very clean with a number of nice touches (french press coffee service, dog beds for the pups, and more). All in all, a very reasonable price for a fairly luxurious hotel. Easy... From the moment I booked our room with the friendly James ...I thought we had picked a winner. We were so please with this small Hotel that I plan to return. The Management is superb. Chris was attentive , polite and friendly. Service is better than expected. I loved that the room was modern, spacious and had feather pillows...these are... More

I would echo many of the other reviews here - the hotel is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk from the waterfront. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the basement gym (empty all times I used it!) was very good too. Can't rate food as I didn't eat there, but everything else was top notch

The location, the staff, the rooms, the restaurant and the overall appearance of this hotel is first class. Third time staying at this location and they are very consistent and very accommodating. Very clean and well kept. They offer a hotel car which helps if you decide to saunter out of town. In Kirkland there are plenty of restaurants and... More

Very helpful friendly staff and beautiful lobby décor. Room was very clean nicely furnished with an extra large bathroom. No extra charge for dogs and two beds and treats ready when we checked in. Very quiet, excepting the in room A/C unit rumbles significantly as it turns on and off. Bed was comfortable a choice of pillows would have been... More

This is a very nice little boutique hotel in downtown Kirkland. Location is great, service was very good, and the room was nice. I stayed here for a few days while I was in town for meetings. However, nothing spectacular about it, which is why I question the AAA 4 star award. If this was the kind of place that... More

Myself and two guests had a cocktail each and split one bottle of wine over the course of four hours. We drank lots of water and had a nice meal in addition. When we atempted to order after -dinner drinks we were refused service. The restaurant manager, who had only been there one and one-half months stated that he had... More

A great small hotel to stay in in Kirkland. Room was large enough with wifi. The bathroom was also large with good water pressure. I love the French press coffee in the room. The TV channel selection was great and didn't skimp. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. I tried the gym and it was mostly equipped pretty well.... More
