We stayed at the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland during a weekend escape to explore this charming town on the shores of Lake Washington. You can choose among several mattress types which is a huge plus for us and their pet policy is very generous and welcoming. The ample bath was well-stocked with top-end bath products. Service is a priority here... More

I stayed at the heathman hotel in February of 2014, and I loved it. The trellis restaurant was incredible and I ate there with some friends. The location for the hotel was also great, because I was near a library where I could read there. There is also a lot of nice Kirkland restaurants. I enjoyed this stay a lot... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a professional meeting. The hotel is fairly easy to find. There is no complimentary parking, but valet parking is only 13 dollars and anywhere you are near Seattle, that is a bargain. We were late checking in, but after a gracious check-in when we arrived at the room the lights were... More

My husband and I spent one night here. We were looking to stay in Seattle but the prices were way too high. The Heathman wasn't cheap but very nice. Wonderful room, very clean and quiet. Walked around downtown Kirkland - very cute. Lots of little restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel several times this year, and each experience was delightful. It's not the cheapest hotel around, but it's also, emphatically, not the priciest for the area around Kirkland/Bellevue/Redmond. The facility is beautiful and the staff is courteous, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant, Trellis, is a huge plus, with creative and delicious organic offerings and a very... More

My wife and I typically stay in downtown Seattle or Bellevue for a night away, but decided to try the Heathman this time, as I'd recently been there for a business offsite. It's a very nice boutique hotel. We didn't have that much time to check out the Kirkland area, but caught an afternoon movie at the nearby theater before... More

Customer service definitely impacts perceptions. Every individual I had the pleasure of interacting with at the Heathman Hotel, was pleasant, helpful, caring, efficient, and genuinely interested in making my stay a phenomenal one. Aside from this stellar special treatment, the room was large, well appointed, and boasts the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Impressively, there is a coffee... More

Located in the heart of downtown Kirkland (just a few miles fun the busy downtown Bellevue) this hotel is a nice alternative if you are looking for a bit of quiet in a really nice boutique hotel. The hotel has everything you would want, is quite comfortable and higher end. I really prefer it to The Westin and The Hyatt... More

My wife and I wanted to spend a Saturday night close to home but at a nice hotel as it was my wife's birthday weekend. We like luxury and we have two dogs so pet friendly is a must. When we first arrived we were greeted by the lovely wallet and front desk staff, they were nicely groomed, well dressed... More

My company booked this hotel for us and I was not familiar with Heathman Hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms, first rate amenities, and a short walk down to the business area in Kirkland where there are numerous restaurants of every kind. . I definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. It's on Kirkland Ave so it may... More
