This hotel is a decent business hotel. The morning breakfast is a bit expensive if you want the hot food. Hotel is clean and quiet on the courtyard or apartment side. The street can be noisy. Overall happy with the stay. more

I couldn't believe this was a Courtyard. The rooms were very, very nice and modern...elegant almost. There is free garage parking and Microsoft HQ was only a 15 - 20 min drive even in rush hour traffic. The property was in great shape--I thought it was recently opened but found out it's been open 2 years. This hotel is ideally located if you have to do business in Kirkland or in Bellevue. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very clean. It seems that this is quite a new hotel and I would rate it far above other Courtyard Hotels I have been. more

I stayed in the Courtyard Marriot on a business trip. The hotel building looked great! I was impressed with the architecture. Even the rooms were nice down with the art pieces and spotlight design. when you enter the sliding glass doors to your right is the business computers and to your left is the beautiful fireplace with chairs for you... more
