On a weekend when there is not a single room available in a 50 mile radius of Seattle for less than $250, except the Motel 6 in Kirkland, it'll do. You'll get a warm shower and a bed, but not much else. The room was basically clean -- I didn't notice hair anywhere or insects like six years ago when... More

We arrived after sleeping overnight in an airport due to a missed connection. The check in clerk was so accommodating to allow us to check in at 1130 am so we could nap and shower. Everything was extremely clean and it had a great location close to downtown Seattle. Customer service could not be beat!

Not luxury by any means but it was a very clean room, with a pretty decent bed, at a good distance from the Marymoore Amphitheatre. Seattle was sold out and this was one of the cheaper options just outside of town. We were pleasantly surprised by an excellent front desk staff and (again) very clean rooms. For a budget traveller... More

Seattle was totally sold out, average hotel rooms on price levels of $600+ per day. So I found 6 Hotel. Actually a Motel. For a very low price you get a nice room with no luxury at all, as expected. But rooms are clean, towels and bed cloth are in good shape, if you overlook the holes burnt by cigarettes.... More

This was my first trip to Seattle. The hotel's were expensive any where near down town. Plus you need to add parking per night to your hotel stay. Found this motel 6 that is 12 miles from down town. The price was right, free parking and a pool. Downside is you must pay for WiFi every day. You need to... More

Got a very smoky smelling non-smoking room with lots of cigarette burn holes in the comforters...Both of them. One thing that just stumped me was the ash tray in this Non-smoking room that had a no smoking sticker on the bottom of the ashtray. Really??!!

You have to pay $3.00 a day for WiFi. You pay every 24 hours in the office. This is very inconvenient. The staff was nice and place was clean. It is near the 405 highway which is a long way from Seattle. The area is full of trees and feels fresh and clean. We picked this motel as they do... More

A very average hotel. The room was clean and the staff was polite and well trained. I would say the problem was with upper management. The place did not feel real safe however I have been in worse. The blanket and bedspread had burn holes even though I stayed in a non-smoking room. The cleaning products left a weird smell.Very... More

Went to Kirkland to visit family and to save a few bucks decided to try Motel 6 (We had heard some good reviews about Motel 6, in general) To be very blunt, this particular Motel 6 was well run down, shabby interior and exterior, no amenities worth sharing, a "NO TELL" motel atmosphere and attitude, mold and hair in the... I planned to stay there for two weeks but managed only one. While the price was good, the rest was really poor. Being by myself I thought I could save some buck staying somewhere affordable but I quickly found this might only work for someone who is used to cigarette smoke and smell of urine (most of the time I...
