When I last stayed at the Carlton Inn I was immediately greeting by very friendly staff, who then helped my find a room that was within my price range. I mentioned that I would be using the weight room and hot tub area so she put my in the closest room to the facilities I was looking for which made... more

Where do I begin? Our recent stay at the Carlton Inn was one of the nicest experiences we have ever had. It was a great location for us, tucked away from the freeway, and very quiet. The friendliest staff we have ever encountered in a hotel. They could not do enough for us. The front desk staff was so nice... more

the carpet had more stains & spots than a chinese brothel. The mold around the bath tub could scare a blind man. The wasn't even an alarm clock in the room. The hairdryer sparked and died while I was using it - thank god I was shocked to death! Very run down and in dire need of MAJOR repairs. The... more

Staying at the Carlton Inn was a pleasure. The location is great, the staff is professional and friendly, there's a continental breakfast every morning ~ thanks Norma !! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Amenities in the rooms include coffee makers, hair dryers, television, compact refrigerator, computer desks and wi-fi. When you walk through the front doors there is... more

I was directed to this hotel when all the other hotels in the area were full. I was just looking for a place to stay while traveling through so I did not have the same expectations I would when on business or on holiday. The positives - I feared my car would get vandalized and it did not and the... more

I was very pleased with this lovely, quiet hotel. It is clean, has a very nice decor and very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious; the lobby and public areas are very nice - a pleasant atmosphere. They have a nice breakfast room and include a continental breakfast. It is much, much nicer than some of the motel style accomodations... more

My friends and I spent some time trying to decide if we had done something to make the one staff member in the deserted hotel hate us. He loaned us a cheap, plastic wine key and then insisted 3 times that we return it immediately. (He even called our room when we didn't rush back to the desk with it.)... more

I knew of this hotel for years, but never stayed because it had been part of Choice Hotels in the past. I decided to give it a try now that it is independently owned. The rooms are uniquely different in layout. I am fussy on clean bathrooms and this was cleaner than any. In the morning I received a reminder... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our very clean and well appointed room. The staff was most accommodating upon our entry into the lobby and throughout our stay. Kudos to Jenna on the front desk and the whole team. Thanks for the memories and you can be assured, we will be back. more
