I would like to comment on the service I have received since my stay here at the Carlton Inn. New to the area I was not sure where to look for apartments or things to do. On my first night, I mentioned to one of the staff that I needed to look for somewhere to live, Leo Woods took it... More

I was concerned about staying here due to the negative reviews seen here. I had knee surgery nearby and had to stay for 6 days. The room the staff were all terrific. I told them they had horrible reviews online and they informed me that they had new ownership and positive changes were happening throughout the property. Again, staff was... More

Our reservations through Travelocity got messed up and when we arrived there was no reservation waiting for us. The clerks at the counter made several calls to Travelocity to find out what happened and made sure we were not being charged for the room through Travelocity and then upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. I can't say... More

I was glad to find a room at the Carlton Inn, with good access to the freeway and local shopping and close to my daughter and son in law's apartment in the Kirkland area. The hotel's location at the end of a road and close to a small lake proved to be ideal for a quiet night's sleep and our... More

At first, I thought the hotel had a great location and staff friendly. The room is huge. However, after one night stay, the hair dryer did not work, the air conditioner blew warm air only, the carpet was horribly filthy with stains and cracker crumbs...not vacuumed properly. The bed had no bed pad on it, the sheets were not tucked... More

We arrived and were greeted by a new desk clerk different from the one who booked us. The new clerk said the other one had quit. We were given a room down on the lower floor, first thing noticed was the "eery feeling of being all alone in a forsaken place. We were the only ones on the lower level.... More

Pool covered in July-nasty standing water on top of the cover, Inside spa dry, dingy, musty rooms (we had two different ones,) old linens, old worn carpet, ETC. You just don't feel clean. Their coffee service was sad. This is too bad, because this motel COULD be something. It also had a Kirkland price, which it didn't deserve. Stay here... More

First the good: location off highway near where we needed to be, larger room, generally clean, front desk person was nice, free parking, and wifi, beds ok Now the bad: The smell, it must be from the dirty and stained carpet (front desk gave us airfreshner). Place is deserted, I see almost no other clients despite of being told that... More

Not a bad location, but just stayed there four days ago, room was tired, and out dated, found someone's toothpick on the floor and trash under the tv stand, wall paper was peeling off, has slide glass door on second floor that I thought would go to a balcony with a view, opened the curtains and door to find an... Front desk staffers were friendly. Property really needs an update - especially new carpet. Pistachio shells in the front lobby plants. Used conditioner bottle in our bath. Stay elsewhere for more $$.
