Over all the room was fine, no issues, loved the frig and mircowave, but check in time had major issues. Problems with charging the correct promised rate, wanting to overcharge the credit card for possible damages at check in.....I wanted to pay cash for the room and was told they did not take cash! My wife and I stayed at this unpretentious motel in Kirkland following a few days at the luxury Boston Park Plaza but we found it more than sufficient for our needs.
