This was the only place to get a room in Kingston, I wish we would have driven to Poulsbo instead. This place is a dump... literally. People live here and have their trash piled up inside their doorways but leave the door wide open. Screaming kids and loud TV's through the paper thin walls. the room itself had black mold... More

First of all, the Blue Water Inn is not the Fairmont or the Hilton. What it is, however, is a very convenient stop over if you need a place to stay in Kingston. The staff is super warm and friendly, very helpful, and do their best to give great service. The recently renovated rooms are neat, clean, and attractive. They... More

Room 106, the carpet was nasty, especially at the entry way, black and wet and it wasnt raining, so not sure why it was wet. The bed linens were old and worn out. We had arrived a bit early from check in and the room was still being cleaned. We were told to come back in 15 minutes. We went... More

First, place looks like a dump. Second, went to check in and waited 20-30 min until the owner showed up. Third, the room smelt like mold, there was no toilet paper, no towels, and the ruff leak brown water ALL over the bed. I slept on the floor which stunk so bad. This place needs to be shut down and... the Blue WAter Inn in kingston, formerly a rundown place has become a clean and comfy but not classy place to spend a weekend. visiting relatives in Kingston and need the extra bedroom? The Blue Water fits that need perfectly. Right across the street from restaurants and a movie theater and a grocery store. i think they may have kitchenettes,... More

I've stayed at this location numerous times in the past 3-4 months. The Owner and Staff are great...Always friendly and helpful. Yes, this Property and dated and a bit worn down and I cannot disagree with a few previous Reviews. Although let me say this: Yes it's no Best Western nor Holiday Inn Express nor Hilton, etc...It's 'Blue Water Inn'... More

I walk into my room 106 and it smells like mildew . dried blood on the floor in the heat never worked. the mold that's on the walls in the bathroom art is the type of mold can cause asthma attacks which I did have. they refused to switch my rooms all in all I'd rather sleep in a homeless... More

It's the ONLY motel in Kingston! It's quite a run-down little establishment that needs a whole lot of renovation and remodeling. WiFi connection was unreliable and would often cut out for long periods at a time. Located right off the main road, making it have A LOT of road noise. No air conditioners in the rooms. Room was generally clean,... More

The price is right, half or less of any hotel in the area. There is no charge for pets. The price quoted is the price you pay, no tax or fees. There is an older part on the highway side, and a newer building behind it. I did not reserve early enough to get the newer building. My single room... More

It was the only hotel/motel in town. I got into Sea/Tac late in the evening, and was on my way up to the Olympic Peninsula, and didn't feel like driving all the way. After getting off the last ferry, Bule Water was my only choice. Now I wish I would have driven on to Poulsbo, or anywhere. The room was... More
