The park area is not too bad. You can hear the highway noise but generally the park is clean and well kept. The owner is the biggest issue as other reviews have stated. He has no people skills and should not be in the service industry. Many other great places to stay in the area....skip this one.

Our family was in Kettle Falls for a week-long Family Reunion. We needed a place to stay and chose the Grandview because of it's close proximity to the festivities. There were four of us and we shared a two room suite with a kitchenette. The room had one room with a queen bed and twin and one room with queen.... More

We looked at all the rv options in town and this park seemed the cleanest, most wooded, and with wifi and cable tv. We were glad we opted for this park! The owner shared information about the area and restaurants. Clean, quiet, and comfortable! We would stop again.

Nice clean, comfortable, quiet room at an affordable rate. Motel is located in a nice woodzie setting just outside of Kettle Falls. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly! They even have bunny rabbits on the grounds. The RV park looked nice and well maintained.

Stayed here with a bit of trepidation since my first choice was full. TA reviewers (some) painted the owner as a cretin. Not so. Anyone in any kind of people biz knows some people are difficult. He was pleasant and helpful. Cleanest motel on our trip. Place with old school charm. Saw first choice of lodging and decided I got... More

We spent a week in this RV park during a very busy time and had a wonderful experience. It is refreshing to still be able to find that small "mom and pop" parks still exist in the world of corporate mega parks with their mega prices. The pride of ownership is obvious. There is green grass, shade, picnic tables, the... More

This place reminded me of the Motels of time gone by. Just off the main road. Small, but great room. Quiet, great AC - 103 outside, 70 inside. I see where folks are saying some bad things of the "grouchy old man" did not have any of the things being said.

I have stayed here for one week and this place is great. Lots of shade for the RV and close to town. Friendly folks, very clean ,well maintained. This site has a nice park for your pets and a great view of the hill side while you wait.I have plans to stay here again in two weeks.

In 40 years of rv camping, we have never been treated so badly. Yelled across the park when our dogs pooped on "his" lawn. No one informed us dogs were not allowed on the lawn and there was a specific area for them. We picked up the poop but then he checked the area and evidently was not satisfied. Right... More

Most of my time is spent maintaining the grounds, to keep nice for Rv'ers. Everyone on check in is given a site map with bold letters where to walk their dogs and verbally told at that time. When you or your children walk, play, lay on grass, I'm sure you don't want dog doo on you. Customer did scoop up... More

Grandview Inn Motel & RV Park, a Good Sam Park, received decent ratings in the Good Sam Directory, so we made it our choice in Kettle Falls, Washington. The campground itself, while small, was fine - well-maintained, full hookups, and reasonably spacious. The view? Pretty but certainly not "grand." We checked in around 8PM after a long day on the... Yes, I was feeding worms to some baby birds that fell out of their nest, and telling mom and dad bird to come take care of their babies. I will admit I am a loud speaking person. The campers in the next site can attest to the loud but not bad language. The site you were in was requested and... More
