This Best western is a gem and a great place to stay near Seatac airport. Shuttle arrived quickly and check in handled quickly and efficiently. everybody very pleasant and interested. Room clean. well furnished and equipped. Complimentary breakfast better than most Best Western. more

It was a year ago that we were passing through Kent and stayed 2 separate nights at the Plaza by the Green. Our stays were less than pleasant and when coming to Kent again, I DID NOT want to stay at this Best Western. This hotel was just a brief stopover on our trip, but we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very nice, clean, and new! The bed was soft and comfortable. On our trip to Seattle to see a baseball game, we made the mistake of leaving the kids with grandma who preceded to feed them until they were gorged. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel. The front desk was efficient and nice. The room was very nice and clean... however, the fridge made a lot of noise.. I had the AC on to cover the annoying noise to sleep (FYI:room 212- I know the manager reads these reviews). Also... a bit annoying that not enough... more
