I will admit that when I first saw this hotel I didn't like it, but it grew on me quickly. It was very charming and actually was in a nice location. The breakfast was good and the bar friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were too. It is in no way new and it's not trying to be,... More

I highly recommend you do not go here. Very outdated. Hallways smell of smoke. Door have gaps in them where you can see light through the doors. Unsafe! The side door has a key entry that does not lock or work and is open 24/7. We were quoted an incorrect rate over the phone. The front staff does not know... More

May 1, 2014 going 100% non smoking! Thank you for your comments. Several comments such as yours convinced us to make the move to a totally non-smoking hotel. If you had a room with a gap in the door, I apologize for that, its certainly not like that in all doors. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding on your... More

I stayed here with my daughter for an event near this location. Based on Trip Advisor rating and some of the written comments, I thought this would be a fun and decent place to stay with my daughter...I was unfortunately wrong. The inn is saturated in smoke including the non-smoking room we stayed in. It's an older inn and it's... More

100% Non Smoking effective May 1, 2014! It sounds like someone smoked in your non smoking room prior to your stay here, for that, I do apologize. Thank you for your comment regarding your recent stay. Since receiving several comments such as yours, we recently decided to go 100% non smoking. I have never heard the comment that we are... More

I wasn't really impressed, but it was okay. The location is fun and it has a nice view. My first impression driving up was nice. But the lobby smelled really badly of smoke. Like someone was walking through the lobby every day with a smoke. The front desk staff was a little uninformative. No mention of where to park. No... More

Beautiful waterfront view, outdoor hot tub and restaurant/bar on site. Friendly staff, dog friendly and great value. Fun island to walk with brewery, marina and scenic views. We travel through this area often and were thrilled to find this hotel. Best place we've stayed, for the price, between Portland, OR and Bozeman, MT

We booked a queen with a river view. It was a smaller room than I expected but still adequate. It is an older building yet clean. The island allows for nice views from the restaurant and breakfast area. The choices for breakfast were plentiful.

We stayed on a brief stopover last weekend. As others have said, this hotel may be a bit dated but it is clean and comfortable. Beds were much better than at many more expensive hotels. We got two adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly for family travel. A couple restaurants are right next door, including the Ice Harbour microbrew pub. Pretty... More

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Pasco for the state high school cross country meet. Great location right next to the river and easy freeway access to all 3 cities. Also enjoyed the restaurant on the 4th floor. The room was just ordinary. The staff was very helpful. We will stay here again. We also walked to Ice Harbor... More

What a nice place! We stayed in one of the mini suites on the 4th floor (which is the top floor of the hotel). Beautiful view of the Columbia River. The hotel is an older one but it has been well cared for, very clean and quiet and it was wonderful. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated and spotless. Huge... More

So my wife was trying to find a place in Kennewick and she was reviewing Trip Advisor for a recommendation. She was attracted to the Clover Island Inn because we love water views. So here we are in a beautiful fourth floor suite and it is dog friendly. Beautiful view of the Columbia River and a suspension bridge. The room... More
