The hotel was warm and clean when we arrived. Everything was nice and comfortable, including the beds. Staff were responsive and engaging. Only letdown was the breakfast. It could have been a bit better. There was some kind of sports tourney going on so the place was full of young kids that ran a bit wild. Later in the week... More

Thank you for your great response. We are delighted to hear you had an amazing stay. We are always looking for ways to improve, and taking your consideration of breakfast changes. We will definitely see what ideas we can come up with. Thanks again for your loyalty. See you Soon More

Traveling through on a long drive heading back to western Washington. It took a while to find a decently priced hotel between Springdale Oregon and Richland Washington. Found this Red Lion Inn on line with great rates published on travel sites which they matched. This is just as nice as a Best Western or Holiday Inn for a lot less... More

OMG this was an amazing last minute reservation on Priceline and we did not know what hotel we would get....simply amazing Red Lion. Our king room was huge, meticulously clean, and breakfast was awesome. We booked it last minute as we were traveling for a motocross race and after a hard day of racing this hotel was a perfect sanctuary.... More

The room is nice size. Bed a little hard. Nice medium size quiet refrigerator. Lamps have a plug-in but isn't enough power for a computer. Breakfast had eggs, sausage excellent scones, waffles, toast, cereal and drinks. Front desk was friendly and helpful . The tub mat should be disinfected. The location is two blocks to the Three Rivers Convention Center.

This hotel is really well kept with large rooms, comfy beds, a nightly reception and the friendliest staff I've experienced without exception each time I visit. It's become my favorite place to stay In the area and its located near about anything you could want food and beverage-wise.

Hockey teams coming to Tri Cities are required to stay in a Red Lion property as they are the TCAHA host hotel. Please do yourself a favor and choose another Red Lion hotel when you come to play. We were recently in Tri Cities for the State Squirt/Pee Wee Festival and from the time we checked in, it was not... More

Sonja and Sonny are outstanding in their customer service and, unfortunately, I didn't note the name of the great gal that greeted me when I arrived, but everyone I met of the staff were A+ in their 'can do' customer service. Unknown to me when I arrived, I was welcomed with 2 vouchers for 'happy hour drinks' in their open... More

I have been staying here even before it became red lion. The staff is always friendly, rooms clean, nice evening reception. Only a couple items I would change. . 1-lower the shower heads. Not all of us are 7'tall :-) 2- get a new elliptical..

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated; very clean and modern. Staff were very nice. Price included managers cocktail hour in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning that included eggs-sausage-waffles. If you are part of their rewards program you also earn points towards free nights. I would definitely stay here again.
